FFS, just been and spent near £100 then straight past the large queue at the station to tesco down the road and put £75 in the car

In my own experience they simply whack their per litre price up ridiculously in most stores! The last one was 1.27 for diesel in my local...1.11 in Sainsbury’s the maths is easy enough to do....that’s only in my experience mind you, hopefully it’s a great deal for others...not voting hot or cold

Agree with you Tonybarnes27 Morrison's is 4p more expensive than BP round my way.

Why isn't this offer available when you spend the equivalent online? It seems so wrong that people miss out and not receive a petrol voucher.

Exactly right, our local whacked up the price per litre by 5p before the last offer started, dropped it by 4p when the offer was over. At best you saved 5p per litre through this offer, at worst a general customer was paying 5p more while it was on.

Morrisons is £1.22 where I am . In the next town Asda is £1.15 Another Morrisons Gimmick!

Strange as Morrison's is usually cheapest near me , I'll look tomorrow and compare with others

I would have been happy had I saved 5p . Hopefully it’s a good offer at some stores....not mine though!

That's right, it's still a saving but not close to what peopke might think. It's a hit of 5p a litre for everyone else, especially those that don't notice the hike. Moral of the story is people should keep a close eye on their Morrisons fuel prices before and during these "offers".

Another con by Morrison's. 122.9ppl at Coalville store. Can get it at Costco for 115.7ppl. 7.2ppl cheaper. Morrison's Tamworth 109.7ppl. postcode lottery at Morrison's. Not sure how can justify 13ppl difference. Morrison's average fuel prices the highest of all supermarkets

Just checked Scarborough area, Morrison's with Sainsbury's 121.9p per litre, others are 122.9. Not necessarily most expensive everywhere.

Cheaper to fill my car up with Remy Martin VSOP, than visit my local BP filling station...

I went specially to get the 10p off petrol voucher a week or so ago and then realised today i'd forgotten to use it and it's expired. Really annoying

My local store increased prices Friday by 2p per litre, haven't been to the store today to see if it's gone up again .
Problem is when Morrisons go up the others follow in the area also, Sainsbury's went the extra 2p the following day on Saturda, still 1p cheaper than Morrisons thou..

It's stupid, because they put the petrol and diesel price so much higher than usual just because of this offer, my advice. Go Asda or tesco, living in London as well, constantly topping up.

Our local morrisons always seem to price match the asda half a mile away

Good initiative but many Morrisons stores don't have a petrol station with it. Milton Keynes branch (next to argos/network rail) does not and the nearest one is Westcroft

Last time they has this on, around black Friday they ramped up the price of fuel at my local and it was the most expensive petrol station in the area. The day after the deal ended the prices suddenly dropped by 3p a litre.

Check your local petrol prices before going. Also worth bearing in mind that, unless you're buying alcohol etc, you'll probably end up spending more than if you'd just shopped elsewhere

Checked it earlier I the week and was surprised to see that they had limited some of the features now available if you pay membership.

typical don't have a morrisons petrol station nearest one is miles away so your sending what you save just to get there! about time Aylesbury got a petrol station I have 2 of these vouchers both out of date now.

Morrison’s is always expensive near me. Latest price 118.9 for diesel.

Lucky enough to have a Costco fuel station nearby where premium diesel was only 109.9 last week.

yeah need to factor in the yearly membership but worth it when having to run 4 cars.

Don't forget to but your barrels in the boot to get it up to 100l

My local Morrisons is 113.9 for Diesel, cheapest by miles. Next cheapest is ASDA at 116.7 so this is a bargain for me, 103.9! Not had that price for a couple of years I think!

The CostCo fuel is better quality anyway, it's got lots of extra additives in to keep your engine running well.

Interesting reading of the regional price variations. Morrisons Doxford Park, Sunderland was 119.7 when I filled up last night, so that was 109.7 with my 10p off.

I normally shop at ASDA and ALDI,

In order to qualify for this Morissons promo I have to spent at least extra £5 or may be more in comparison so I can save £5 back when I fill an empty tank of 50 litres, Great marketing...

Calm down and stay cool and carry on as you don't really have to agree with me

cheap bio diesel junk!

Agreed. Cost of diesel rose 5p a litre 2 weeks ago at my local supermarket/station, coincidence... I THINK NOT!

Morrisons in walsall is by far the cheapest. 114 last week while others in aread 122 minimum

It heavily depends on what you drive but most cars are 60L capacity which works out at £6 saving. As others have said some Morrisons might boost up their petrol prices due to this so you might only save something like £3-4 saving and that is if you happen to have a fuel tank near empty. Not really worth the trouble in my eyes.

Means you have to spend money in Morrisons which is expensive to start with!

10p more than my other filling station to start with so they are taking the piss.

Shame our morrisons doesn't have a filling station and the nearest is 10 miles away. May as well fill up 200m down the road for the difference.

A new Sainsburys opened near my work place recently and its 111.9 for petrol and has been for many weeks.

Con. Last week my local Morrisons, unleaded 113.6. Low and behold , this week with the offer running, 122.6.

go to morrisons.
buy £50 john lewis gift voucher.
fill up with fuel.
go shop at waitrose.

Voted hot. Maximum 100l though....
