according to the comments on the voucher code link you can't use the voucher on alcohol only, did you have food on your order to?
Good work. Don't drink it all at once.

Hmmm... what about this as a contrast at Aldi:

10 bottles of Toro Loco @ £3.69 = £36.90
7 packs of Brasserie blanc @ £1.99 = £13.93

Total: £50.83

This is my usual 'standard' of best value, but I can only get 14 litres of beer for a similar price.
OPs deal would get you somewhere closer to 20 ish litres, so many thanks OP, very good deal.

not comparable since this isn't Sainsburys own brand vs Aldi Own brand
I tried with a different combinations of wines and it didnt work.

Nonsense, of course its comparable, a brand is often nothing more than a device to get you to spend more money.

Regardless of this, if you read my whole post before jumping in to post, you would have noticed I actually said that the Sainsbury's deal was better.

Compare like for like, price of a generic brand in Aldi versus Asda, Tesco etc. Comparing a well known brand versus Aldi is close but not the same.
A Ford Focus is cheaper from a Ford Garage than a BMW from a BMW garage, it doesn't mean that people should buy the Ford because its the same product (its not the same, its similar in some respects)?

Well Dave, if I were to apply that logic, then what my post said was that the BMW was cheaper than the Ford, so yeah, at which point I think most people would buy the BMW, so I really don't see your point.

Doesn't need to be like for like. What I said, is 'this is what I usually buy' becuase its good value, and compared that to the proposed offer, to find out that a very good red wine and branded lager/cider (which I never buy because I find Aldi beers to be just as nice) was actually cheaper.

Like for like does not even come into it.
Great deal. I ordered the same but just 8 bottles of the wine.
I managed to get 3 cases of becks & 12 bottles of wine for £61 delivered...bargain...thanks!
