Please be nice...I'm a new member and this is only my 2nd deal post.

I've been searching for a balance bike for my son and came across this Half Price deal in Toys R Us. Can't see any as cheap elsewhere.

Click and Collect available (although my local stores don't have stock)

Home delivery is £4.95 (free if spending over £50)

Use promo code 'RBRANDS' in the checkout, for an extra 10% off...making this £27.45 delivered.

Hope this helps someone.

Don't know why the link won't work, but they are both here...

bought this for my sons 3rd birthday few weeks ago at £25 fab price and great sturdy bike unlike the other cheap ones around!!

some reviews are a bit concerning...

There we no reviews when I looked - wonder why they hav gone on so quick?...

Dunno if this bike is any good or not but the concept of balance bikes us fantastic

Bought my son one when he was 2

He loved it, became very confident

Bought him a full bike 18month later and pretty much just got on and rode it which no teaching whatsoever

I couldn't recommend this method over stablisers enough

Is the seat adjustable? If so upto what height?

i had a balance bike for my son he rode it fine from 2 years of age and he is now riding a normal bike without stablisers and hes only 2. Makes such a big difference if your thinking of getting one go for it.

These are great, please parents get your kids riding bikes. It's really sad that some of the 9 year olds in my sons class have never been shown how to ride a bike. No excuse, these make it fun and easy to get the basic balance techniques.

Good spot OP - HOT

HOT

Just reserved one to collect at Luton.

Hopefully I won't get stabbed on my way to collect

I went this route with a normal bike - a few weeks of each
stabalisers (to get used to pedaling)
no stabalisers and no pedals (both removed)
pedals (at this point it takes 5mins for them to be riding fine)

But these balance bikes are great , my kids loved the wooden ones they
had at playgroup, Id defantly get one at this price (they werent so cheap a few years back)

I bought one for my son in May at £24.99, never seen price change on it.

None in stock near me but found similar in Smyths for an extra £5 so thanks OP, that's my wee boys birthday sorted :-) x
Edit - managed to get someone to collect one for me, thanks again OP x

Sorry I've got no experience of the wooden one. Haven't even opened the box of this one yet either...that's a job for tonight.
