Hate these deals! I don't go into poundland to buy things that cost more than a pound!

Then just look at it as buying 4 batteries for a pound with a minimum spend of £3. (_;)

Or 2 batteries for a pound, because I'd have t obuy £3 worth of other tat to make the minimum spend.

My assumption was that you would be in there because were purchasing other items. It's not all tat, you do get good brands at a nice discount, especially in the cleaning, stationary aisles.

My point is, you should be able to spend just a pound if you want to. Not to have to buy multiple things for a pound, that you may or may not have gone in for, to buy something that cost 3 x £1.

Just like I don't want to buy a f'ing great teddy for £5, or a set of santa lights for £12.99 (in the 99p store). Which is some of the things I have seen lately. Poundworld got done by trading standards for this, why are poundland getting away with it?

These are probably the Duracell simply their basic brand, save yourself the cash and buy the next version up or the Duracell procell ones
