Previously frozen, don't know any supermarket that does them fresh.

Pretty sure Morrisons do these at the same price as well.

are these not always this price? they usualy have homer simpson on packaging

Sainsbury's only sell these every few months as a special purchase and they don't have homer on the packaging.

Only for the people who don't share the doughnut love.

Morrisons in Bracknell have recently changed the price of the 12 Iced Doughnuts from £2 to £3.

They taste like bread rolls with icing on top in my opinion.

I'd choose a box of Krispy Kremes over these every time. These taste as cheap as the price.

when i posted this deal i barely got 11 hot votes

Krispy kremes please. These taste as cheap as they are. I still prefer the fresh ones from those donut machines you get at the seaside and you watch them made fresh as they roll off the conveyor belt. Chalk and cheese.

they are always this price. cold

morrisons are fresh and they are soft to the touch very nice i got a tray for 2 pound 2 months ago and was still this price two days ago

Forget about krispy kremes, dunkin donuts are the daddy of doughnuts.

if only you could get that^ for £2

where's the dunkin?

mmm doughnuts http://www.80stees.com/images/products/The_Simpsons_Homer_Wants_a_Doughnut-T-link.jpg

I'd totally spend £7+ to buy Krispy Kreme's to share out in the office, I'm nice like that. Why would I want to spend £2 on inferior cheap doughnuts for my workmates!?

Krispy Kreme is the one. So good.

They're always this price. Sometimes taken off display but you just have to ask at the bakery for a tray and they'll do them anytime.

These look so good!! I don't see as many Dunkin Donuts around any more. I'd eat these for breakfast if I could!!

Sainsburys normal ring dognuts sprinkled in sugar are the best. 6 for about 80p I think. Crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Plain and simple...Or even a nice YUMYUM from Marks and sparks.

You're trying to tempt me, aren't you

If you're going to stick a load of unhealthy sugary/fatty food inside you at least pay a bit more for a quality product that you can really enjoy.

I paid a pound last night for 12 sugar ring ones and they were fresh ....... from Asda

Pretty sure they pulled out the UK market which would explain that.

At the end of the day, yes Krispy Kremes are far superior, but you pay over the odds for them and, if like me, you have to travel an hour to get a box of Krispy Kremes then this is still a decent deal... Again, if you have a kids party or whatever then they are good value...

It depends on the store - the two Sheffield ones I use can have them at different prices and sometimes they are £3.50 instead of £2.00 for the 12 pack.

They are a different line and contain gelatin, the ordinary ones do not and so are suitable for veggies.
