Bought this deal at Christmas time and all I did was shove 'em in the recycling bin lol
Done this about 5 times over past few years so will try again. Although do like to keep the offer for the Xmas period.
I've done this loads of times they've never banned me
But... Is the magazine any good?

If you are over 70 and can't use the Internet or the guide on your TV.
How do you cancel within 12 week trial period and still get subscriptions, No way I want to pay for this.
I've been banned
Really useless website cant order jack keeps saying denotes required and my phone number is saved what the hell!
Maybe I been banned as well then!
I had used this before several times in the past, but I think they have updated their records now, as I had to use my work address to get this to work at Xmas
Cold. I'm waiting for the deal where they throw in a travel rug and a packet of Werthers.

Same here a couple of years ago. The thought seems nice initially but I'm afraid looking in a magazine (which by the end of the week starts falling to bits) for TV listings, when you've got a nice electronic on screen guide which does exactly the same thing, only quicker and easier, seemed a bit pointless in this day and age. None of us were particularly interested in any of the stories or previews either so in the recycling bin it went.

fantastic deal if you actually make use of it though. I remember once upon a time you had to buy both the Radio Times and TV Times just to know what was on all four channels!
I use the onscreen myself, however my mum still prefers the RT guide, which is the only reason I get it
I'm banned.
Can't see the deal now but it's available from a flyer inside the magazine. It refers you to :

Ah!

But... Is the magazine any good?

It's aimed at the over 50s, so for instance "Dad's Army" repeats are always in "Today's Choice". Adverts for hearing aids, stairlifts etc fill the magazine. Anyone under 50 would feel young reading it! But they know who their remaining readership is.

depends on what you want from it, mainly more elderly people prefer it over a digi guide
