Might just as well get 2x 12L ones instead. Thanks OP.
Nice find, haven't seen any in my local this year, thus wonder if they are store specific last years stock.
Can anyone confirm if it's nationwide?
Confirmed the £6 ones were in the whitfield dover store.
brought one last week quite narrow great for in the car for keeping drinks cool on long trips
Will 6 months old child fit into 24L one? Thanks

Solid coolboxes need an electric cooler to make them worthwhile. For everyday use an insulated coolbag is a lot more sensible, lighter and just as efficient. I vote this cold :-(

With ice packs in they are fine. Coolbags are nowhere near as efficient even with ice packs. Electric one's need run be running all the time to keep cool. Douche bag.
In case it is store specific... There were a load of these the other day in Ashford (Kent) Crooksfoot (just off M20 J10).
great price. Heat added
useless at a festival surely? they will be warm by the end of the 1st day?

Wrong. I have one of the 24L ones. Bought from Home Bargains a couple of weeks ago for £8.99, then saw in Sainsbury's on 'offer' for £11. Exactly the same product as these from Tesco at a great price of £6. Took it camping last week and used 4 ice packs in it and froze some of our food before the trip. Despite 26 degree sunshine on day 1, our bacon and sausages were still frozen on day 2 and milk stayed cold until day 3. We were going to buy an electric one in a few weeks but were so impressed with the way this did the job that we'll stick with this.
Damn! Has summer been and gone?
Cold deal.
If this was near me I'd buy it for preseason training nearly died last saturday
Got the 24 litre one at Tesco Home in Southampton, no 12 litre ones to be seen. A bit flimsier than some I've seen but great considering the price. Heat.

Agreed, these seem to be very poor quality and no insulation between the 2 skins.

they use polystyrene between the skins
I picked up one of the Thermos 28l coolboxes today, it was the only one left that looked as though it hadn't been bounced around a dirty warehouse. A pack of two ice packs are 62p, cheap as chips ;-)

There were loads of the 24l boxes left but I'm sure they were £8, at least in Durham they were.
