I'm a little underwhelmed :-(

Seems like a good price if your after a MacBook.

Good price for a very portable laptop when you also need the full flexibility of Mac OS X.

15% just isn't enough off of a machine that someone has probably used for 'Internet banking'

Dell xps 13 would be a better buy for the price

over-priced over-rated

It is a very good discount on the previous price, but it's a waste of time posting Apple deals on here. Learn you lesson and move on.

The keyboard is way too cramped on this although outstanding design and pathetic the USB c is not thunderbolt ready either on this or the new one . Clearly a money making measure for accessories . And this is overpriced by at least 250£. These should be retailing around 650£ this model anyway considering the chip it uses

The problem is it's not really that much better than the slew of cheap windows tablet/laptops - for under £200.
Mac OSX is nice & it's well built with some clever tech, but is it really worth that much premium??

Last year's products at next year's prices. Welcome to Apple.

Please link to a 1440p sub 13in screen laptop with a 256gb SSD, that weighs less than 1kg and USB-C for sub £200. I'll pay £50 postage if you get it for me

Not sure if to go for this MacBook or a MacBook Air at the same price
http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/product/FJVP2B/A/refurbished-116-inch-macbook-air-16ghz-dual-core-intel-core-i5

The MacBook has the better screen and more memory, but the MacBook Air has a better processor.
I can get over the fact the MacBook only has USB-C but I'm not sure about the keyboard. Having tried it in store it is difficult to get used to compared to the MacBook Air (I have a 2011 model which is still the same design/chassis as the current model, however the MacBook is totally different).

thanks

I don't get how this got voted cold but the same MacBook for the same price from a 3rd party retailer goes hot
