good find op, heat added

Asda also doing 12 for £1.50

*has gotten through a few boxes*

I was surprised how good these are. Less sweet than the Aldi ones, down side is that it meant I could comfortably eat the whole box load.

The Iceland premium mince pies are voted best this year

voted best mince pies!

I like the Tesco ones out of all those I've tried. But will give these a shot thanks

The Iceland Luxury ones won the BEST MINCE PIE award but you cant get them for love or money. I tried money first with the cashier at the checkout then got a slap for trying the Love bit. I think the staff are keeping all the luxury ones for themselves.

I was just going by what jimbob said, either way they have won the approval award from HUKD members

Mr Kipling one are 6 for £1.79 in Morrisons!!!!oO

Another vote for the quality of these. Really nice.

voted best mince pies!

That would be the premium ones not these

People are confusing these mince pies and the luxury ones.

It was Iceland's luxury range of mince pies that won the 'best mince pie 2014'.

The only thing these one was 'dodgy font of 2014':

Lidl (Snowy Lodge) ones (same price - 12 for £1.49) are (IMO) the best shop-bought mince pies.

If you have a Herons near they are doing Lyons mince pies 2 x boxes of 6 for £1.

Please bear in mind that I posted this a few days ago before other shops may be offering reduced prices as we get closer to christmas

Can't lie i do like these

These are handy when you get the munchies over Christmas and the local take-away delivery has finished. Really - what sort of business stops delivering food at 3 a.m.?! Disgraceful.

Heat added for the mince pies btw! Though my favourite is chicken and ham.

The pastry's the best of the one's I've tried but the minced consistency of the filling might put some off. Flavour's good though.

Sainsbury's for me - been through a fair few brands this year and they're my fave

They are very nice with custard.

You get what you pay for......

Just saying by the way I'm sure these ones will be very similar to the luxury ones

Had them.. Not nice. Rather pay aldi 1.25 for their premium pk of 6

They are lovely and probably the best mince pies I have had in a long time. We have had 2 boxes of them now and now I am going to get another 2.
