Mindful this might not be everyone's cup of tea, but to the best of my knowledge this will work out the cheapest way to get an year of PS Plus or PS now subscription so posting in the hope its of some use for the good folks.

Edit: Price gone up by 6p to £29.03

Details
Starting Wednesday 3rd June as part of the Days of Play sale (thanks @BuzzDuraband ) 30% will be knocked off the price of a :

At Eneba using the code ENEBAMAY27 you can currently buy £35 PSN card for £28.99 (massive thanks to @Mark for the deal) which can then be loaded to your PSN account in preparation for the PS Plus or PS now to drop to £34.99 from the 3rd June.

So In a Nutshell Steps To Follow :
  • Buy the £35 credit from Eneba from the sellerLimited Time here - use the code ENEBAMAY27 and pay using Paypal or credit/debit card

Look for the box that says got discount code and enter the code :

3473747.jpg
  • Once you have the £35 PSN credit, load it to your PSN account
  • Wait for the 3rd June for the PS Plus or PS Now (depending on which you are after) to drop to £34.99
  • Buy using the credit and you are sorted

Doubt with the code you'd get Quidco cashback of 5%, but no harm in trying.

Hope it helps someone.

Hey there guys,

Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like the initial posted deal from the merchant was undercut by another one which had a problem with the stock.
To anyone affected by the issue ( @Jinzo@seanet@Rayhul and others) : could you please send your e-mail address through HotUKDeals via a Direct Message to this account? I will personally make sure the issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience again.

Sorry for the daft question - just recently got the ps4 out again (thanks to lockdown!) and didn't know that ps now existed!

Is it better to get ps now or ps plus?? My understanding of ps plus is that it enables online play and you can buy games cheaper (whilst you have an active subscription). I used to love playing online but haven't done so for years. Not sure whether to give it a shot again.

Ps Now seems like a games streaming service (like now tv?!) but, how long do games stay there for? If you download them can you play them till you complete them? (I'm a slow player...).

The kids have really enjoyed Knack 2 (thanks to the post on here) so which would be better for the kids?

PPS sorry easier to ask here - is it possible to put a password on my user account thats linked to the psn network? Am I right in guessing that only the account that has the subscriptions will get the additional features? My kids have made there own user accounts on the ps4.

Thank you!

Get PS now so many games for.you to try, you can download some of them too. Some bigger titles do get removed but lots for you and your kids to try out.

Plus is good if you use online often but if not get just Now.

Thanks for replying. If the games get deleted, from ps now and I've downloaded them, what happens to my save files? Just seen red dead is available and that's one on my list!

I don't think I've got many games to play online anymore - used to be a massive fan of playing games like resistance fall of man online on the Ps3. Now I've just got pes 2017, nfs and kids games downloaded on the console. My collection is still wrapped in it's packaging somewhere:( (doom/titanfal2/ horizon/ kiwami... and a few others I can't remember!!!) The only one I played recently was spiderman...

Maybe I'm wrong but I think ps now requires a good internet connection to stream and the older ps4's have terrible WiFi chips so make sure your internet is good before even considering it. I think there's a trial on there or there used to be.

You can download games on PSNow these days, not all, but a substantial number of the games are downloadable so you don’t need to stream
Where do you put the code? Can't seem to find it?

I had the same problem, if you are using a mobile I think you need to use the desktop site otherwise the discount code doesnt show on the checkout screen
Edited by: "zackariah" 29th May
Remember Google is your friend !

Select the PlayStation Store icon on the PS4 system home screen. On PlayStation Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ at the bottom of the menu. Enter the code. Once the code has been entered correctly, select ‘Continue’ on the dialog box

PS4 games can be downloaded or streamed. The previous gen games can only be streamed. If a game you downloaded is removed from the service, your save file will remain on the console, and you can pick up progress if you decide to resubscribe or buy the game outright.

I'm someone similar, a bit of an older gamer and just prefer to pick up a game every now and then. Subscribed to the PS Now a couple of weeks back and stream nearly all of my games (I have the medium speed NowTv Broadband) and haven't had any issues. PS Now is like Netflix for games. Just wish they had some football games on there.
Bit of faffing about on the mobile website but eventually got it to work. Wasn’t too keen on verifying phone number but code received and added to account no problem. Thanks

Great, thanks for the help!
Can psnow be used by anyone signed into the console? Or just the main account holder?

I think you get a free month of ps plus anyway for you to try playing online. There is one or two you can play without ps plus, fortnite is one.
PS Plus you will get anyway likely and you get 2 free games a month. PS Now is fairly unpopular service.

Thank you for posting that link - answered a lot of questions I had.
Anyone else having problems making purchases? Trying to use my Starling Card and it keeps flagging up as fraud? First time using Eneba?
I've just purchased it and tried the code and it comes up as £30! Not £35! This seems to be an issue or scam.
Get now for £24.63 using code ENEBAMAY27 40912192-DKLmc.jpg

Did you buy from the seller in the OP at £29.03 after the code? The site is legit, not had any issues.

The same thing has happened to me- the cheapest price shows as £26.22 when you click on the link. It only credits £30. I have raised a ticket with the site and have not added the funds to my wallet.

No Eneba said possible fraud on my account. I paid with Starling via Paypal as other transactions I tried wouldn't go through. I flagged it up with Eneba and I had my money back in my Starling account within 30 mins. Won't be using these again. Seem like a dodgy site compared to places like CD Keys and Gamvio.
Sorry guys I've expired this for now. Looks like the codes given out are redeeming as £30 and not the advertised £35.

I've reached out to Eneba with the hopes of resolving this asap.

Thanks a lot @Mark hopefully they can fix the issue before the days of play sale.
I had a response fairly quickly once I initially raised it, asking for a few screenshots and transaction history, basically to prove I wasn't pulling a fast one, fair enough. Sent those yesterday, and today I've had an update...

"We've just forwarded this report to our suppliers, they will now review what happened and will then provide us with a solution. Unfortunately, as this is an external process, we're not able to tell you the exact time it'll take. Normally it doesn't take long, but it does depend on the number of cases they have to resolve. Rest assured that this will be sorted as soon as possible. We'll let you know through this ticket as soon as we get a reply with more information."

So... i'm hopeful - might take a little while though

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE, I HAVE BEEN FRAUDED. I'M SO UPSET.

So I brought the £35 Playstation top up, and I was sent the code, however the code value is not £35, its only £30, and the game I was wanting is £34.99 on playstation store, I am so upset and very angry. SCAMMERS GO TO HELL
