You buy the code via Cdkeys and they email you an 16 digit code which enter on the Xbox in Redeem Codes section. I've used cdkeys and they are great. Good deal at £1.85? a month. 2 free games a month. 24 games a year

sorry for being dumb but where do you get the code. Do they email it to you, is it in your messages in facebook? I've 'liked' via the cd keys web page and facebook page about 10 times and nothing.

36 months is max as far as i know.

It's happened before to others. Apparently it happens if your purchase sets off a flag in their system. Best to contact them.

I've never had this issue.
