Voxi might be a good alternative for some. You pay £10 and get 6GB data with unlimited social data. You're not tied into a contract and it runs on the vodafone network. Roaming is also available within Europe.

I thought all networks had to offer EU roaming at UK cost price/plan …I thought all networks had to offer EU roaming at UK cost price/plan allowance due to the EU law?

Loophole...if they don't offer any roaming in any country then it dosen't apply.

Roaming killed the deal for me. Heat added though

Yup, especially considering rn its unlimited (well atleast for me and a few others on here)

Ive been with them since July and have used about 500gb of data Havent had my data off since then as the speeds are 5x faster than my wifi on average

Sorry. Directive

I'm just laughing at us in the EU not your terminology
You'll be better of with Voxi. Every now and then Voxi run a promotion increasing 6gb data to 8gb data for the same price. And once you're on it, you're on it for life.
Plus you can tether use it abroad. And endless social media data.
Been with them for a while now. And they've been very good. Speeds are much better then I'd network. Much better then ID network. Was with them for 7 months. Coverage was hit and miss now and then
Has anyone actually managed to get this deal? It just simply does not work and keeps saying credit check failed

Only if you offer roaming. If you don’t offer roaming at all then there is no requirement to offer it. I can’t understand why people can’t get their head round that. Plus voda offer roaming sims. So they do offer roaming.

I was with Vodafone. Had few issues with signal but you knew when you had it 5hr speeds were great.

Now I'm with 3, and being from s.e London, I get 4 bars and 0.02mbs speeds

12 month contract, and I'm on my 3rd month. Speaking to an agent and they are going to terminate my contract at £0 instead of £70 cancellation fees.

As they can not provide me something that is stable. As voxi uses the Vodafone network, I may check them out.
£6 for 1.5GB with Voda rewards is good also ?

Anyone know if you can transfer your Voda PAYG number to this after you order ?

Hmm, I called Vodafone directly about this offer - I'm a current Vodafone customer with about a month left at the end of my contract. They said this was with Voxi and wouldn't offer it to me unless I 'moved' to Voxi (also provided by Vodafone). If this correct? I also wouldn't get Veryme through the Voxi deal.

Tell them it's a Vodafone Basics plan. If that doesn't do the trick, assuming you want to keep your number, and don't want to be without service, you can do it the long way:

1. Text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC number from Vodafone.
2. Order a brand new £10 Vodafone contract.
3. Order a free ASDA SIM.
4. When it arrives, using your ASDA SIM, phone 2732 and give them your PAC code. This is will initiate the process of transferring your number over to ASDA.
5. On the day of the transfer, put a £5 bundle on the ASDA SIM, which gives you 200 minutes, unlimited texts and and 500MB.
6. Once your number has been transferred to ASDA, text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC number from ASDA.
7. Your new Vodafone contract SIM should have arrived by now. Phone Vodafone using that SIM, and give them the PAC number ASDA gave you. This will initiate the process of transferring your number over to the new Vodafone SIM.
8. Keep using your ASDA SIM until your number transfers to the new Vodafone SIM.
9. Enjoy.
