I can't see the point in paying £94 a year and have nothing to show for it

The same could be said for gas and electric lol
So expensive for music that is never yours to own...physical media all the way . A true music fan would buy the vinyl or the CD or the high quality digital download. Streaming is for the casual listener.

Wouldn't agree with that at all. Streaming opens up doors to discover more bands easily. I use Spotify at work all day and the ability to easily find new music you like is really impressive. Excellent playlists for when I go running and when I want to listen to a full album on Sonos to experience it better I can just send to the device easily. Personally I hate the vinyl experience of having to flip the album over half way through.

I’m a fan of music, rather than specific bands, so this would appeal to me if I didn’t have the Spotify family thing going on.

And you can stick a zero on the end of that too. As a minimum. Mine's £1400 and it's on a good deal.

He’s exaggerating a little I think. 15 pound for family Spotify which allows 6 accounts. 15/6=2.50 2.5*12=30 so it’s 30quid a year if u have 5 others wanting to chip in.

If you do the Philippines VPN method posted on here, you get all 6 accounts in a family plan for a total of £3 a month.

It might be too much hassle for you to do it if you don't know, haha.
The thread is here: hotukdeals.com/dea…662

I don't know why it's marked as expired - it still works - but it can be a bit of a process to get it all set up.

Of course streaming is for the casual listener, no sh*t. What a useless comment.
I genuinely don't know anyone who pays around the £10 mark for music streaming services, especially with hukd there is ALWAYS a code for x amount of months for 99p or even free.
I got a free 6 month trial in Jan with my Google home hub ended up 7 months when coupled with the standard free 30 day trial, then managed to extend it to Oct with a four month free offer in Samsung members.
Just have a Google and save yourself money.

Yes but you are still paying for something and have nothing to show for it. You don't physically own them.

Paying £15 a month for all my family members in my household to be able to stream any song or album they want at anytime, I have no problem paying. I can be out in the car in the middle of nowhere and listen to anything without having to lug a boot full of cd's.

Can you tell me how I can get sky and a TV licence for free as I'm all for that if it's possible

Look into torrenting and streaming, I think you should also look up the Internet where you can get any song gratis, when you plug in a TV you have something to show from your electric it's not physical but it can be recorded onto something physical

Get 12 months subscription on eBay, I paid £7 for 2 accounts ( just £7 for the full 12 months).

Torrenting is not and has never been illegal and neither is streaming where you can get sky and the programs you pay your licence fee for, you only break the law if you start hosting things for others to watch, touché on the Spotify point

Lol @ torrenting ....... We all know what that is for

So you are basically saying IPTV, something again you are paying for but don't physically own lol. As for being touché.... No not at all. I just believe in paying my way in life, I pay Spotify for a service and it does me for what I need. You mentioned earlier sky and the TV licence are free, I am still waiting for you to point me in the direction for these free items

Well it was £20 at the start of the year but had to go up a fiver. Trust me I don't come on here to brag about getting stuff cheap. It's £25 for the year, it ain't legit but for £25 I'll have it. Works perfect with my amazon echo, which requires a premium Spotify account to work. Very much the same as getting Netflix for about £3 a month if you go the right way about it.
