i thought that 15 cables ago
This isn’t a great price for these cables. Bought the blue version of this for under £2 a few months back. In before someone says “great get me a time machine”, Anker cables don’t cost significantly more and are much better quality.

Those with a family, more than one Apple device each, and multiple seating locations in their home. 12 wouldn’t actually be enough to replace all we use...

Nice deal, thanks OP.

may as well buy 28 from poundland and have 16 spares

OMG you are so right why didn't I think of that -I'm so stupid
Bought these 6 months ago when they were for £20. Good cables

People with families...wife, kids etc. Especially when said wife & kids don't take care of their charging cables lol.

like this one amazon.co.uk/Ank…WU=
I got this deal last time.
Great cables and I needed 12 as we are a family of 4 with plenty of Apple devices.
These cables are heavy duty and the ends of the cables are rubber and protected.
I’m very happy with mine!
why not use wireless charging?

why not use wireless charging?

Not very efficient
Slow
Awkward to use device while charging
Still have some devices which don't have it (does the iPad have it?)

My wireless charging is fast and efficient?

Oh wait I have a wireless fast charger and a Samsung phone

Cables would last longer if
1) you bought better quality ones in the first place

@fatabelly
2) if they can't look after a £1.50 cable then why get them an expensive iPhone?

Why are you asking me? I think you will be in a better position to answer how fast or efficient your own charging is. Physics dictates that it could never be as efficient as a cable though.

Congratulations! What's that got to do with a deal on lightning cables?

Of course they do, same with most things. Much bigger initial outlay though and then a much greater loss if they get lost. We've got a couple of these "cheap" cables and they seem to be lasting well. If you have a lot of devices/places in your house/cars where you want to charge this deal is a pretty cheap way to achieve that and have a couple of spares.

You didn't seem to comment on the fact it can be awkward to use a device which is wireless charging or that replacing all your chargers with wireless ones isn't great if still a few devices in the house which don't have it. Would end up having to have both types in all locations.
Great deal, £2.40 each for a 6ft cable, have 3 of these all going strong. Pound shop efforts last a week if your lucky.
The price is showing as over £40 for me?
