UPDATE: They have changed some bundles so only one code will work at a time. Just try the different codes and see which works out cheapest for you. They obviously realised "HAMPERS" was being automatically applied when it shouldn't be (from their point of view!)

Lots of Thorntons Chocolate Hampers are now HALF PRICE for 24 hours!

Discount Codes against everything:
20% off = “XMAS20” until 9am on Monday 21st
21% off = “XMVC21”
Some hampers don't auto-discount - use "HAMPERS" for 50% off. (Cannot be used in conjunction with the 20/21% codes)

Don't forget 12% QUIDCO cashback when a voucher code is used!

FREE DELIVERY when the original order total is over £35. Otherwise £4 delivery.

£120 Christmas Gift Sharing Hamper NOW £60 + FREE P&P (+£7.20 quidco)
£80 Christmas Celebration Gift Bundle NOW £31.60 + FREE P&P (+£3.79 quidco)
£40 Santa's Christmas Bundle NOW £15.8 + £4 P&P (+£1.90 quidco)

There are some good deals on there. This one caught my eye cos you would have to pay a minimum of £6 for the sack alone

call then - tell them to cancel and buy another one - makes sense for them just to refund you the difference!
I can't find any others that you don't need another code to make half price. And you can't code stack.
I need codes to make them half price

Delivery is £4 though, put me off
Still looks overpriced if i`m honest

Nope you shouldn't do. (if you do then use "HAMPERS", but it should be automatic on the ones that say they're half price.

Ah I can see now! I tried on one which hadnt automatically been reduced Thank you
Thorntons Chocolate boxes are like Philips
Shavers. The so called RRP is usually three
times what they eventually sell for.
Aldi do a great box of eighteen dark, milk &
plain chocs for the silly price of £1.49. The
quality is excellent.

I think I have seen them but not 100% sure as
I head straight for the boxes I mentioned. Have
a look when you are passing Aldi.
great, ordered thanks!
You don't actually need to spend £35 to get free delivery as long as the item is at least £35 before you add the discount code then delivery will be free.

Order over £35

I ordered the £40 hamper but used the code to get it for £32 and even though I selected the £4 delivery it has not charged me for it
Code XMVC21 will give you a little bit more off too.
Instead of XMAS20 not as well as you can only use 1 code at a time.

Does not seem to work for me, hamper £40 before reductions but still charging £4 delivery - any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong! Thanks

The 1/2 price value needs to be over £35, but the -21% can bring it to under £35.

OK, thanks
Should work does for me. Just add the £40 hamper then the code to make it £31.60 then go through to checkout and it should say free delivery. It might say £4 on the left of the order for some reason but if you look at the costing it should say free delivery.
The Christmas gift sharing hamper is £60 not £47.40 as you need to use the 'hampers' code to get it half price so you can't use the 20/21% codes as well.

Looks like they've changed something then because it was before!
I must be the only one who thinks these are still expensive at half price!
Thanks
Thanks
Ordered Thanks, fingers crossed now it gets here in time for christmas.

Got this deal here for third year in a row now, and gift boxes are great, I use them on top if my wardrobe to store hats and scarfs.

Thanks. I've just ordered the Christmas Celebration Gift Bundle for £31.60.

delivery is discounted just before you submit your payment.
I paid via PayPal and on summary page it showed £4 delivery discount.
Good post but be VERY CAREFUL! To make your order over £35 for free delivery you may opt for some of the 3 for 2 deals. If you choose 3 cheapest items eg. Lollies @ 3for2 @ 95p each you are still under the £35 limit and you may opt for 3 more expensive items. You will only get the cheaper items knocked off. Eg I bought 3 lollies @ 95 peach and 3 capuchino choc bags @£1.50 each but was charged for 3 capuchino bags and 1 lolly - making 6 in all but paying for all the dearer items first. Not a lot in it for me but could be if you bought more expensive items.

Yes this does happen but remember you dont need to add additional items to get free delivery as long as the cost of the hamper is at least £35 before you apply the discount code.
I used to buy Thornton's as Christmas presents for my customers. I never realised how awful they have become, until I received one as a present. Never again. The chocolate is not what it used to be and I consider it to be inferior chocolate, no matter how much it costs.
HAMPERS code not working on the £50 hamper although it says it should on their website
I think it's a good deal when you consider the price per gramme
