Have been looking around for a good deal on 12 red roses delivered for valentines day. These seem to be a decent price especially with the free choices, nice touch! Plus you know the quality will be very good as it is M&S! They're £25 and then you can get a further 3% off by purchasing via Quidco on the M&S mobile site!

I think the key thing there is 'a few years ago' I have never been dissapointed with M&S quality recently, especially not with their florist.

Thank you OP

If I bought these for my loved one, my wife would go crazy and hit me.

I bet my loved one would appreciate them though.

Is this free with delivery or extra?

Delivery is included!

Don't know if I'm missing something, but would they actually get delivered on the 14th ? It says :

Order now for delivery between 11 February 2015 and 17 February 2015.

Price is £25 not £22

Just a point to be aware off

Last year I bought two bunches of flowers over the period of 2 weeks for a friend who was getting married (a bunch for her and bunch for her mum), give plenty of notice for delivery, the delivery firm took nearly 5 days longer to deliver each of them (and had put on M&S site that they were delivered). To be fair, not M&S's fault, and they refunded both sets.

I'd never use M&S for delivery again, though they do, do nice flowers instore and have purchased from their stores a few times.

Hopefully you dont have an issue like this on Valentines Day, or you'd be better spending the money in the pub, then when the Mrs shouts at you, you'll be too drunk to care (until the next day)

Ive risked it! See you all down the pub haha!!

Last couple of deliveries left outside house, by dustbins etc. with no card making us aware (they were surprises) - be warned!

Plus a extra 20% off if you work there!!

If you're getting flowers, the best thing you can do is to phone up your local florist and tell them your budget, and to ask for their recommendation, or what's fresh in.

For the same price as these roses you'll get a bouquet of flowers of far better quality.

If only I didn't live in central London where everything is ridiculously overpriced, this would be great advice!

I got these last year and they were poor quality. I put feedback stating this on their website but it was removed as it "breached the websites conditions". I presume you can only leave positive feedback.

These are second grade roses, I suppose its up to choice, I would prefer a single rose from a quality florist than 12 that will die within 3 days.:(

Wow £22 last of the big spenders hope she don't find out or she might wrap 'em round your head

I don't eat roses.

I think you might be missing the point Carlitos wax trying to make. The price is still £25. You get £3 back via quidco, Your subject line could be taken to mean either that you get £22 credit via quidco, or that these are available for £22 via quidco. Neither is correct. You might want to amend the subject line to read (possible £3 from quidco) to clarify.

Too early or should I bite now? It would be nice to get it out of the way tbh

Thanks,grab one.

nice!

Perfect for showing my partner that I care for her one day a year. A very unique gift idea too.

Nice

Can't see 12% cashback on quidco - only showing as 3% for me

The Quidco deal is no longer on, down to just 3% now

The irony of your username is not lost on me.

What a lot of very snarky comments. Comparatively this is a deal. All flowers, including local florist's recommendations, are extremely expensive on Valentine's Day and particularly if you want them delivered by a national company.Yes, there are other potentially cheaper deals to come, possibly better value and possibly not. But this is still a deal.

Comment

This should read (possible 75p back via Quidco) not (£24.25 via quidco).

I went to the 12 red roses and chocs with the fiver off from Debenhams and total cost including delivery was £16.99.

Will be interesting to see which are better, the m&s ones or the Debenhams ones.

BTW M&S do do nice flowers instore

bought two sets over this last few weeks for friends
