Aldi doing 100 for £25 I read somewhere i'm sure..?
I'm hoping to splash out on Valentine's day, but it won't be on flowers and chocolate!
Seems a fair deal..... but have to say quality is not always good with m & s these days my Mrs is always taking stuff back that's fallen apart or shoes where nails have come through yet she is a bit snobby and refuses to go else where as she still wrongly believes they are good quality
I had two bouquets delivered from M and S, absolutely terrible I would not have flowers from them ever again, they sent a replacement for the first ones that arrived dead, and the replacement was worse than the first bouquet, I may add at a cost of £50 each!!!!!!!
Interestingly, I have been very impressed with M&S bouquets delivered - they lasted ages and arrived in great condition. I think the standard dozen (top end £20) turned out to be the best bunches I have seen.

Perhaps the quality varies by region?

What do women do with flowers? Do they eat them?
I made my husband order M&S flowers for his mums 80th instead of ****. She was very happy with the flowers but they used Yodel to deliver them and they didn't arrive until 7pm! She'd gone to bed by then and a neighbour took them in so she didn't get them until the next day!

I can see you're new to this game, my good man. What women do with flowers is irrelevant. All you need to know is this - you take away their flowers, they take away yo shuga!

I have become very skeptical of women recently. Just by looking at those on the street, I can tell you the vast majority are not worth knowing let alone marrying and buying flowers for- which brings me to the strange practices they have...their need for flowers, constant attention, face lifts, implants, fake orange face caked in make-up. What the hell are these creatures???

Yep, +1 for m&s flower deliveries.

I've been sent a few m&s bouquets over the years as thank yous, and they not only looked gorgeous but lasted ages.

They've been more mixed bouquets, as thank yous, rather than roses, but I have no problem recommending their flowers! Good packaging too.

Aren't 12 red roses a fiver at Morrisons ?
Delivery between 11th and 16th so may not even make valentines day.Usual awful effort from M and S
Free chocolates? Hardly!
She's getting nothing, for Christmas I spent a fortune on a surprise years membership to slimming world and I didn't even get a thank you.

I had this deal last year and it was an absolute nightmare. Delivery service was yodel and the flowers arrived a day late and in poor condition. I am no longer with the same girlfriend since this incident. Needless to say, if your partner is like that then you're better off without them anyway.

You specify the day, 11-16th, what's the problem with that?

but no delivery and no chocolates...besides the number of roses means nothing
Like some of the other posters, I find M&S delivered flowers have been disappointing, certainly not the same quality as instore. I usually buy M&S ones as small gifts for a couple of diehard M&S fans but last week got a beautiful bunch of roses from Lidl for £3, removed the wrapping and rewrapped in clear cellophane. Recipient over the moon...they're still looking fab (roses not recipient, she's got flu!). Sometimes it pays to pay, but not always!
used m&s last year. they didn't deliver! got refund, no apology. none to pleased girlfriend. cold

Like I said usual poor effort from m and s,their CS is awful.Nothing special about them anymore.
which is the best quality for roses ? aldi or marks and spencers?
I remember last year aldi's roses looked like they was half dead as soon as they was on the shelf
I must say. I popped into store to see these last night and was quite disappointed. These are very small headed roses making it quite a small bouquet. Of which the instore price is £15

So as an update, the delivery was a day late (I had requested Saturday, they arrived on Sunday morning - credit for the early delivery :)) but the roses were in top condition. Unfortunately, they are not very impressive (I opted for the fairtrade dozen, as the dozen in this deal was even more underwhelming last year) and I expect they will last, but the rose heads aren't enormous.
Thanks M&S, these didn't go down very well with the Mrs, going to cost me at least another bunch of flowers today.

To be fair they were delivered on time, problem was they could have been delivered in a medium size envelope rather than a box.
