These eggs get smaller and smaller. To the point they are now actually invisible, as I’ve never seen them in any Sainsbury’s at this price.

"Price should update online later/tomorrow."

Was £1.20 online yesterday. They are 40p instore, the website just hasn't updated yet... (this will occur later on today/tomorrow)

You say that like you are going to buy some. You're not. You won't find any in your local, and they won't be delivered if the price updates online either.

none in my local, time to release the geese!
Now I am not saying these taste truly awful, BUT:

My 5 y/o has eaten all of the Lidl/Adli versions, and given all the Cadbury ones to me as a "gift" (yuck!)

When she figured out I was just putting them back in the basket, she started unwrapping them before the "gifting", so now I either have to eat the awful things, or sneak them into the rubbish.
Nope not available where the proof lol
Totally agree..... The chance of getting these at that price now even them being already reduced to £1.20 will be like finding a laying solid golden egg goose ...... It's a trap!!!! To get you into their shop
i wish people would stop sending me on wild goose chase. i don't even eat chocolates!

i already do 3 hours of exercise a day so i can not take any time out to chase non existent creme eggs

these are 50p each at my local sainsburys.

i eat cakes and biscuits so i am trying my best not to add chocolate to my unnecessary intake of calorie. calorie without nutrition as my husband calls them.
The second Easter is over, my local store loses any trace of the holiday whatsoever, I think they just Biffa it all out of spite?! Same thing for Xmas.
It's like finding a needle in a haystack.
None in my local store. Not avilable online
Be interested to know exactly where OP saw them at this price, at least that may help others nearby.

As a former Crerme egg addict, i wouldn't even buy 40 eggs for 12p now since they ruined them.
I am glad to see they are having to resort to pretty much giving them away. Maybe it might persuade the stubborn and arrogant manufacturers to get rid of the the slimey puke tasting chocolate and revert to the old recipe.
Only the Lindt ones are worth eating now.

Not a single egg in my local but wasn't any last week
This is a theoretical price that applies only to a tiny number of remaining eggs (probably about 3 in total). Where to find them?

They're on display in an unnamed branch of Sainsburys that closed down years ago, at the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying ‘Beware of the Leopard'.

Yes same here, I didn't even see the packs of 12 at full price!
If certain stores are still trying to clear at 40p then managers must be ordering too much stock.

They will end up the size of the miniture ones you used to get in a bag years ago.
They are 40p online now but can’t put them in basket
Now 1388°, anyone actually manage to buy a pack?
