Actually cetirizine is a non-drowsy antihistamine, but all antihistamines can cause drowsiness in different people. You have to just find one that works for you. At least that's what medical school taught me 5 years ago
A deal not to be sniffed at
Bizarrely Im allergic to the cold air, I get the same symptoms like bloating tongue swelling itching pain and slowly seize up. Suffered for 3 years till it got so bad I nearly never made it home in the winter one night. The doctor prescribed one of these before I go out and its literally a life saver even on cold summer days, just thought I would share

Isn't this a better deal? + Saves buying more during the year.

By £0.003 per tablet... personally I don't need them year round and they will have an expiry date.

I did see this too and decided on a slightly lesser supply.

Expiry date on similar ones is 2020, so the tablets last a few years minimum, but fair enough, lets just all hope they do the job!

It will be in your head all of today now
Heaaaat! Considering I paid a fiver for 24 'Piriteze'. Yes yes, I know supermarket own ones are identical & I do usually buy them but I was caught in an itchy pickle (dust allergies & hayfever ) and needed them asap.

£5 - 24 Tabs vs £8.29 - 360 tabs also I dont think these are the drowsy one, Its loraditine isnt it? That one also does feck all for me!

Bought them last year, bought them this year. Same price all year round.
on a serious note, people who suffer from hayfever really need to try out a product called haymax.

my mrs tried everything to help with hayfever and nothing worked until I found haymax on the net... works a treat!

thank me later
Thank you OP!
Thanks. Always get my hayfever tablets through these hotukdeals posts. I think i have some still from last year tbh, but topped up!

never heard of it, whats it like compared to using tablets?

it's a small tub which you apply around your nose/mouth/eyes and lasts the full hayfever season (as they claim)
all she does is puts on a bit in the morning and evening and it reduces eyes swelling and constant sneezing PLUS its safe for pregnant women to use as they can't take the tablets

Hehe same here
Good deal if you just need enough for the main Hay fever season. I take all year round so I bought 12x30 for £6.99 on eBay, put on here last week.
you can buy 30 from home bargains for .79p
The internet is full of interesting info.....
”This drug may make you drowsy. Alcohol or marijuanacan make you more drowsy.“
Omg I stated to sneeze today! Uk and it’s heatwave . Ordered!
This has been long documented on the MSE hayfever article - moneysavingexpert.com/fam…ies - still hot though.

I ordered these last week and they arrived today - let's hope they work!

Lol.

Ps.
You need hay fever medication all year round?.

That's interesting (considering that you guys get more of the 'chill' up there for more of the year, then we tend to get in same portion down here ... )

I take it your symptoms are proper live one's, huh?.

Loratadine has no effect on me, might as well eat Smints!

I take these before bed and the slight drowsiness wears off by the morning, sometimes have to take half a tab in the early afternoon (if the pollen count is high) but otherwise works well.

I thought Loratadine was the one that doesn't work? I remember of the 2 one is no better than a placebo and although I can't remember which the last two deals I saw were for Cetirizine so I just assumed that was the good one.

Edit - Just read the comment above. I also went to Google that found a study that at the 10mg level Loratadine doesn't work. You have to take far more which negates the non-drowsy selling point.

+1

Invisible, non-greasy formula you rub on around the nostrils. Catches pollen particles before it enters your system- recommended

Was this study conducted by Cetirizine vested interests?
