Odd colour for a first aid kit. Why is there a compass in there? The butterfly stitches are good to have.
Something to wash out eyes would have been good.

The colour is good, it stands out and can be found easier
Good price compared to the other kits available
What else can I shove in my car?
The compass is probably just a handy thing to have - like if you can see a landmark you can call for help giving your bearings relative to the landmark.
* 1 x Glow Stick 6"

In case you accidentally ingest some ecstacy?
Looks good we had an incident with a 15 year old boy falling off his bike and luckily our bmw had a great kit or we would have been stuck so very handy for the car or holiday.
It says currently unavailable

This first aid kit looks suitable for minor cuts but it seems to contain nothing of practical use to arrest a serious haemorrhage. There are no true "bandages" as most people would define them, the majority of its contents are sticky plasters.
If someone is suffering a serious or life threatening bleed the only option is a couple of gauze swabs and a conforming bandage...almost useless for applying pressure to an actively bleeding wound.

Many first aid kits are designed to be added to, so I would strongly urge anyone buying this to add bandages/dressings (depending on definition) to the kit to avoid disappointment. Sure you can improvise with a clean tea towel or other clean material but bandage dressings are sterile and easier to apply pressure with.
