8 hours it says on the website

12000mAh. So 12Ah then.

And all for £16.98. Or should that be 1698p? Or even 16980m£.

This looks like a great piece of kit... Thanks

I paid £13 for a 20800mAh the other day on ebay with free delivery and it's brilliant.

Every time I see a power bank deal I go to checkout, pause for a second, realise I'm never away from a power source for more than a few hours, then empty my basket.

Curious to know how/where other people use their power banks? Basically I'm looking for a way to convince myself into buying this.

Link? I'm skeptical of these things if they're not rated well. I'd be interested to know what you went for.

It seem the industry has spoken. Don't get me started on the 1000Km = 1Mm argument.

I travel for work quite a bit, and use one to charge my phone when travelling. Also in hotel rooms I quite often charge my phone on the bedside table with the battery pack (unless there is a power socket within reach) then charge the battery pack during the day.

Especially when it gets converted to lower case ... 1000 km = 1 mm.

I bought a Swees one a couple of weeks ago on Amazon (not this model) but it looked and felt cheap so I returned it and got an Anker one which I'm happy with.

I bought an Aukey 20,000 MAH which seems very solid and well made, little more pricey at £22 but wonder what Swees brand is like?

You made the exact same comment on this deal 5 months ago. Which is still on and seems a better deal to me.

i bought this and it stopped working in 2-3 months. i opened up the case and the battery inside was half of whats stated on the outside. luckily amazon refunded my money

anyone know the cheapest one with 9v dc out?

Had one of these and it fell to pieces from the inside after a few months..

I've got the Swee's that's more than double this capacity and its an absolute beast - can fully charge a Lenovo 13.3 Yoga Pro 2 tablet without even dropping a charge light.

Camping, festivals, full days out in strange city's when using foursquare, GPS etc. watching Sky Go etc in a pub/beer garden. I have loads of differing sizes for differing needs.

Bought this same one a while ago and use it almost everyday for when I'm out or when I don't want to be tied to a socket. Charges my iPhone twice as fast as a socket

That device has a slightly lower Amp output meaning that it will not charge 2 phones quite as quickly. If you consider where and when you're likely to use this (...heading back to the tent before the next band is on?) Its useful to be able to quickly charge more than one device.. Just opinion.

Quite handy when you're out and about. Got a big battery with Note 2 but using Google Maps and recording a few videos drains it quickly. End up using the phone sparingly, saving a bit of battery for the drive back!

this will be handy for gps tracking on mobile

Ah good spot.. I took that as 3.1A per port, but I see now it is 1.5A/port.

It's been brilliant - charged our phones 10 times at glastonbury before it ran out of juice.

Fyi. Must admit I'm happier with the eBay one listed in the link above.
