I’d use this for upgrading an old hard disk based system but I’d rather just have a used, tested, branded SSD for similar money - as low as £7.50 last month for Samsungs and Liteons.

AliExpress is the Wild West for customer rights.
I've bought hundreds of items from them but they're becoming less competitive and more dodgy in recent years.

I wouldn't recommend Aliexpress anymore due to the recent drop in customer service and the number of obvious scammers littering the platform. However I did buy from this seller during the Singles Day sell, a 2TB SDD for a good bit under £40, I thought I'd give it a go and it's been working great in an external USB enclosure. Again not a recommendation but I'm happy with seller.

Whilst it's cheap, for 12 quid you can get a Patriot drive on Amazon, receive it much quicker, and also have an easy way to return it should the worst happen.
