i agree £31.99 for USB 3 from 7 day shop is the better deal cancelling mine from mymemory and going for the usb3 thanks thegog

for USB 2 i have to ask why? far to much stoarge and far too slow to be of any use, sorry but cold for me

I expired it because it's a better deal at 7day shop for USB 3 that is if you have a USB 3 slot to put it in, otherwise stick with this if you only have usb 2 slots.

You don't necessarily have to fill it all at once or need particularly fast transfer speeds. I have a 128GB usb stick in the back of my router filled with music (DLNA/FTP/Windows Share). I think it's USB 2, but I'm not entirely sure, because it didn't really matter. I need the space but don't need the speed. A USB 2 stick is fine for streaming music (or movies) from in this scenario, and is probably one of the best uses for these.

USB 2 was main stream not to long ago and many people do not have pcs and laptops with USB 3 ports,
A USB 3 flash drive will only operate at USB 3 speeds in a USB 3 slot.
So you can buy the fastest flash drive you like but it will only run at the speed of the computers USB port
