This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Please note THIS IS NOT A MICRO SD CARD THIS IS A NANO MEMORY CARD USED FOR HUAWEI PHONES

I was looking for a cheap nano memory card to put music on a Huawei P30 Pro and they're all really expensive.
Reviews seem good, capacity & write speed are fine.
This is the cheapest I could find & there is a voucher to take another 79p off on the sellers page.
I'm getting 9.75% cashback too through Quidco which ain't so bad.

This isn't genuine a Huawei card?

I didn't say it was
Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. I always run h2testw with any new card, but you might be in for a surprise with this one.

Yes, Amazon cost more but you'll have a memory card that won't crap out on you or have a fake memory capacity.

CEX also stock these sometimes.

Edit: Reading the reviews seems decent, but I've always bought "branded" memory cards/sticks - apart from one memory stick, "Grixx" from 7dayshop which was barely used and decided to stop working for no apparent reason - why, I don't know if the battery failed quickly or the components used are just rubbish and die. Turned out a few purchasers had the same experience, so it wasn't a one-off.

So, I would go by that rule of thumb..with memory cards/USB sticks you get what you pay for. Same with SSDs - there's a reason why some have a shorter guarantee, their expected lifespan is less and the failure rate is likely higher.

It looks good to me as the reviews on Aliexpress have put photos up of the benchmark tests and they look good.
I'm just needing to put a bit of extra music on my phone tho so its fine for me

Would this work in dual sim phones that dont advertise card sots?

Eg. Honor 10
These are Huawei proprietary so that means they will only work in huawei phones that support it hot for the price.

It is designed to fit in the sim trays for these dual sim Huawei phones
Huawei Mate 20

I try to offer my opinion without being rude - information is my thing. I think if you don't know much about tech, or don't have much experience, these comments are worth knowing about.

I wouldn't buy one, but hopefully those who do purchase will be happy, and happy long-term, not just a few weeks/months.

Thanks OP I'll give it a try.
100% going to be fake. I said a while back this would happen, completely pointless bringing out a new format.
This is a HuaWei NM card which acturally has the same size as a sim card, so you can have one storage and one sim for a dual sim Huawei phone

This is not for this card (100MB/s write and 493MB/s read looks close to an SSD). Someone else posted a benchmark pic and the speeds are nothing like this:

Not sure what app this is. AFAIK only Toshiba makes these NM cards so far.
Definitely not original. I wouldn't buy it.
Guys I have a cheap nano. The speed is not great but bearable. You get what you pay for

A similar NM card is for sale on Amazon for £34.99

Here

and there is a review saying speeds are as advertised
Average Writing speed is 99Mb/s
Average Reading Speed is 463Mb/s

Don't really know what else to say really other than I'll let everyone know how it is when it arrives

I took that screenshot from the Aliexpress page. Have you ever heard of an SD-type card writing at those speeds? Even SanDisk Extreme Pros don't read and write that fast. The description on Amazon even says 'Possible reading speeds of up to 90MB/s' and it's eMMC 4.5.

Anyway I ditched my Huawei P30 over this NM media rubbish, nasty anti-consumer move, not far off Apple's behaviour - this helps no-one.
If you want some proof how weird HUKD's rating system is sometimes, see here :

(same seller, same memory card)

£24.24 HUKD rating -168 hotukdeals.com/dea…817
(said pretty much the same thing as I did on here, it turns out!)

£23.55 HUKD rating -36 hotukdeals.com/dea…171

Can only assume people are panic-buying these for Xmas to save a few £s!

Yeah, I don't like this proprietary memory card rubbish (remember Sony ProDuo? I paid a small fortune for mine as manufacturers charge a premium for their own cards - and I got a fake that died on me from an Amazon 3rd party seller. I was much more naive then and it was only after reading around I realised I'd been sold a counterfeit. Bit of a saga, the seller sent a cheque for 1/4 of the price as compensation - had to stamp my feet with Amazon).

I got my Mate 20X at a pretty good price so that made the higher price easier to deal with.

I have seen people saying that genuine Huawei NM Cards have comparable, or worse, speeds than MicroSD cards (depending on where you read) so I don't really see the point of them.

Yes I remember Pro Duo... and the PS Vita one as I had to buy one for that too. Huawei said NM was to simplify phone storage but actually it just made it more expensive as no-one wants to manufacture this stupid card. I’m skeptical of this card as Toshiba are the only ones who announced support for it and then there’s the strange speed benchmarks. It probably is legit capacity but I can’t comment on quality or longevity.

I don't know much about media read speeds or anything about SD cards etc. but I was really annoyed when i bought the P30 phone & realised my micro SD card wouldn't fit, so grudgingly I tried to find a cheaper option than the Huawei card.

This one looked half decent with some decent reviews & this seemed the best cheapest option.

Probably fine but think twice before storing anything important on it and maybe full test it first. I usually only use my SD cards for media and music that I can replace easily not camera photos - though they are backed up to Google.

Yeah My phone is 128gb so it's just for extra music that is dragged from my PC (and can't be lost)
How would i do a test?

Mass storage mode and run H2TestW is what I’d do or some Android app.

I mentioned h2testw above (download link here)..you can get adaptors for NM cards but you could run the program whilst the card's in the phone and do it that way, connected to the PC.

I test every card I get (after being ripped off by the ProDuo seller!) no matter which brand it is, or how much it cost.

Nm cards need to dramatically drop in price as you can buy 2 micro sd cards at 128gb for £15 each a genuine one from amazon is £35
