Yeah, as long as you've got a flat garden!!

How flat does your garden need to be? Over 12 feet, my garden slopes about 2 inches, would I get away with that?

I wouldn't worry about that. At worst, fill it 2 inches lower than you would. What difference could it make?

Ordered one & cancelled the 10ft one I bought last night (£12.99 also from woolworths). Been looking at heaters & the cheapest I've seen is £29 delivered, anyone seen cheaper?

At nearly 5500 litres, this would cost £12 in water to fill it up!

Don't suppose it's meant to be used as a paddling pool.

i already have one but need new pipes (mine came with heater) this is cheaper as pipes alone cost 24.99

Is the cover a solar cover?

Are you having a laugh???? With OUR weather??? It will fill up all on its own with RAIN WATER!!!! lol :w00t:

i ordered the 10ft one from woolworths and thats it ready for pick up, all i need now is the ladder and water to get into it! oops i forgot about the weather! :w00t:

I got a 10ft one last year and have been experimenting with it this year. So far I have only attempted 2 weeks before the pipes turn green (which including pouring a lot of bleach in it on one attempt ;)) so I would recommend you get something to try and avoid this. Also I would definately recommend getting a heater as it is absolutely freezing without, has anyone had any experience with them?

Also mine didn't come with a cover (I doubt this one does), but I would recommend it. I got one for a fiver from Trago Mills in June, I think they had a solar one for a tenner.

i managed to get a very large hole in mine as my garden sloped by a couple of inches. Woke up one morning to find an empty pool. On plus side I returned it to the store I got it in and they exchanged it. Lady told me she used a windbreak around the side to help hold water up.
My new one has now sat in a box in shed for last 2 summers as we not had long enough of nice weather for it :x:x

voted hot and 10ft is only 12.99 too

I use a product called soft and easy, far better than chlorine and has no smell. I used to pop a sachet in once a week and never had green water. Also the pump needs to be left running 24/7 for any chemicals to work and also just to keep water moving to stop it from turning green. Also you can get a solar cover that works quite well provided you put it on every day. The heaters are very costly to run especially as they are linked through the pumping system that has to be run 24/7 also to keep the heat constant Hope all of that helps a little.

ooo now im worried been using this powder for years. Was told by the pool company at my local garden centre this was really good. Probably a good job we don't get summer here in Norfolk otherwise I would have been using it again. Thanks for the info

It'll be okay but you'll float down stream ;-)

Couldn't wait, nice weekend forcast so I've used the 10ft one. Took 3 hrs to fill, so 12ft one should take 4 1/2 hrs with good water pressure.
BTW, the 2 inch slop does make a difference, the pool is oval, but should be OK. I reckon the 12ft one would be alot worse so I might send that back.
