Do you have any proof, receipt, picture etc?

Only 2kg 15kg and 17kg online prices are £2.48 £10.48 £9.98, strange the 17kg is cheaper than 15kg, no 12kg online, must be store specific.

Why do people feed their dogs such rubbish food?! Voted cold for the sake of your dogs health!

i would if it was 12Kg for £1.75...

Great price - but it's a shame that it's for a food that is utterly horrendous.

The "meat" content is barely 5-10% (depending on the flavour) - of which is all derivative; the gristle, the tendons etc. Lovely.

The fact that it's so packed out by wheats etc as well means the dog's gut can't process the food as efficently, resulting in a lot of waste coming out of it's bum, nasty farts and increased chances of skin complaints - especially in Staffies, Terriers etc.

Saying that, if my husband caught wind of this he would be down Asda right now buying bags of this crap for my dogs!!

Also worth baring in mind, that this is the working dog breed mix - so is even more bulked out with wasteful bits and bobs. Yum

This dog food is unadulterated crap - it's bulked out with so many ingredients that dogs would not naturally consume in their diet.

It's cheap for a reason - and dogs WILL eat anything, but that's not to say it's any good for them.

I love it when people feed their dogs as if they are humans - a roast dinner etc and wonder why their dogs become obese and have heart problems etc. They can't cope with our salt and fat levels etc and their diets should be treated in accordance with their breeding.

Lack of intelligence? Really? So if a dog eats this food it dies/becomes unhealthy? Any proof for that, cause I fail to see how they'd still be selling it. You are clearly just a stuck up snob who believes that buying the dog food they see on TV for £10 a go will somehow make your dog better :P thats the sign of no intelligence mate.

House training has nothing to do with it - being bred for domestic purposes is more to the point.

I don't deny that even my, awfully bred, rescue, Shih Tzu cross would demolish pretty much every part of a wild rabbit etc given the chance, but it's very unlikely she would stuff her gut full with nasty wheat and maize.

It bloats humans and it certainly causes problems for dogs, in a lot of instances, but of course not all.

And it's a good thing I don't like McDonalds :P

And what do you think a dog would eat in the wild bearing in mind they would hunt as a pack so be first come first served..., every part of the kill would be eaten ..gristle & tendons would be a luxury for most of the pack, with even lesser parts(eyes testes etc) going to the runts/young.

however dogs shouldnt be fed wheats, rice yes.

Oh.. and humans shouldnt eat wheat too

Poor quality food. Foods packed with maize/corn can lead to health issues later in life and expensive vets bills. So it'll potentially cost you in the long run.

Why we expect people to care about what they feed their dogs when they'll happily eat crap themselves AND ram it into their children is beyond me.

First of all I am not your mate. Second of all you are just reinforcing my original comment about you. Third of all I will feed the best food possible to my dog - and this is far from it. You would not feed inferior food to your child would you? Maybe you would, I wouldn't be surprised!

Heat for a superb bargain..... but it is unquestionably, really sh*t quality food, even for a dog.
