Not Cadbury Roses.

That's almost 3lbs for £7!

Good spot thank you

Is it such good value? When Morrisons had 2 for £7 offer on, you could of got 1.5kg for the same price as this deal

Cold.Not Cadbury Roses.

But why does that make the deal cold when the post States that it's quality street! Tut!

Thanks, Hot!

i like quality street i think it's the best but no way i'm going to buy 1.315kg because there will be lots of chocolate going to waste (strawberry delight & orange cream) no one in the family like to eat them.

Quality Street are great (as far as these tins go). Roses are just a load of mush.

You nutters

780g is £4 in Coop (see earlier post) so you get an extra 0.04kg for your money with this deal

The tin can double up as a photo album. Its what my Mam used when we were growing up! All our family pics were in a sweet tin!

Do you get an actual tin rather than rubbish plastic box too?

Damn you op i said i wouldn't spend any more money this month then you go and post this offer too good to refuse naughty op but have some heat anyway

It's a standing joke from people that vote cold for any mobile phone deals that aren't an iPhone.

I like both. And roasted peanuts. And walnuts. Mince pies. Chocolate orange. Chocolate log...in fact just bring it all on. (_;)

I always wait until closer to Christmas when stores go in to panic discount/deal mode to clear as much Christmas stock as possible before the big day.

Yuck, nasty chocks. They get cheaper tasting and looking each year.

The smart people would say "would have" not "would of".

I don't stock up too far in advance in case of chocolate cravings! Hot hot hot! Love this more traditional tin.

Awful sweets, buy 41 bars of lidl chocolate instead

Yes smart people like me i bought 44 tins to give out to hospital staff and local medicals .

lots of toffees

The 780g tins are around for £4
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/celebrations-quality-street-swizzells-sweet-shop-favourites-haribo-share-fun-tin-2059120

which makes these slightly more expensive and also and not as convenient esp if you're giving them as gifts.

I bought 88 tins and gave them to ebola victims, orphans and kittens

I had no idea they were still making the traditional larger metal tins.

Hang on, they tell you that they can't do 1kg tin for £5 any more because of economics etc, but apparently they CAN do a 1.3kg tin for £7? oO

4 x 350g boxes at tesco is the same price but you get 1.4kg instead. That's what I'd go for, more chocolate!
