same

I'm not knocking this deal, but I recently bought a 23L microwave/oven/grill combi for about 70 quid

Looking at the size of the oven I can't see a whole chicken going in there unless perhaps you spatchcock it.

good price for a fan oven, great if you live alone, save heating a massive oven, hot

Actually I find these terrific. Internal size ~ 11"W 10"D 7"H
Great for chicken breasts, chops, baked spuds, sausage rolls, pasties, warming plates etc etc.
I don't bother with the gas oven where I can use this.
Bargain.

whats the biggest thing that would fit in there to give me an idea of the size ? cheers

I use one of these for home-made pizzas, pies and strudels. They heat up so much faster than a big oven. However, I've had two of the Lidl (Biffnett?) ones and neither lasted more than a few months. The heating elements failed. When the second one broke down, I got a full refund. I paid £10 more for a 20L oven from Curry's. Had it about 18 months and it is still going strong. I like these toaster ovens, but I wouldn't buy another of the ovens Lidl sell.

Edit - Just answered this based on my own oven, but this is a much smaller 15 litre model. 26cm pan or 26cm pizza max, so your choice is a little limited. I wouldn't try to fit more than a small 1.5kg chicken in there and that might be pushing it.

I bought this last year to help with the Christmas dinner, works a treat

good deal.

Yip these are not bad little ovens if you only have a few little things to cook and don't want to fire up your main oven. I got the Argos one a few years ago which is a similar speck to this. I'm impressed!

These are SilverCrest not Biffinet so should be more reliable!

I have one of these, use it most days, very handy and it has the bonus of having a fan in it, which you can turn off if you want

im tempted by this to save on gas usage in my main cooker and the fact have fan assist too. have some heat op

desperately need this as part of my weight loss regime. Thanks OP!

also u cant go wrong with a 3 year warranty. defo gonna buy one alsong as in stock

got mine today - well happy!

great oven but found the temperature control markings have completely disappeared
