That's great. I am going to buy a few and then use them to play selected GWG releases when they take my fancy.

You might want to hold off on that plan - have a read here about eligibility for the Games with Gold promotion: support.xbox.com/en-…faq

What kind of Xbox Live Gold trials are eligible?
You're eligible if you're on an Xbox Live Gold one-month free trial.

If you're on a 14-day prepaid code trial, you're not eligible. You must have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription or trial that requires a credit card.

I purchased one a while back for my account which had been gold. Used the code and didn't work. Emailed cdkeys and that is what they told me.

I'm pretty sure if you already have gold you will get a message saying something like ' it appears you already have gold, why not give this code to a friend' or something like that..

Good to know. Thanks for the info guys. I have two at home already from when I bought my Xboxone a few weeks ago. I will test and see whether I can use them or not. If not I may have to just freebie them to someone.

I buy one of these every couple weeks when I got some free time to play never had a problem have used at least 5 on same account

'Pretty sure'? You mean you have no idea don't you? For the record I bought 6 of these 14 days codes from CD Keys and they have all worked without any problems. I'm about to buy some more as its the cheapest way I know of subscribing to Xbox Live (it works out at 6.35p per day or £23.20 a year). All you need to do is wait for your last subscription to expire before using your next code - simple!

All I was saying was the message I personally got when I tried to redeem one. Myself, I would much rather pay another fiver and have a whole years worth of games with gold.
