Slight error in your listing, the CPU in this laptop is the i3 7020U.
Might be an idea to put HP into the title OP
TN display.

TN display.

What's the general problem with TN again? Is it colour contrast?

Washed out colours, greyish black, limited viewing angle. Generally, the display on your phone is better than this which has an IPS.

My current phone is £169, as a work laptop with a TN screen This is fine.
So many laptops have these horrible wishy-washy screens... all the HP pro books at work seem to be same, low resolution, poor fuzzy images. Not overly impressed for a work laptop... maybe acceptable on low priced budget laptops like this... maybe.

It's a 1920 x 1080 resolution...is that low these days?
Does any1 have this laptop and they can post a picture of the keyboard? I want to see the U.K. Keyboard layout on this. Many thanks!

Not for a 14" laptop, I don't think it's low, many laptops are 1366x760 which is too low but still very common.
