Wonder if there is actually any dates available at this price. I never trust these deals when they must speak to you to book, and it can't be done online.

Then they call and say. Unfortunately we don't have any seats left at that price, but for £300 more then we can sort you out.

true. but we will never know unless we try and reserve don't we?
we can always say no if the price has changed. what have we got to lose?
We did a very similar trip 3 years ago and it was great value. Whilst the Nile cruise is 7 days the distance it covers is really short as it is only from Luxor to Aswan. A few years before the cruises went from Cairo. To get the most from this adventure you will need to purchase the daily trips package which covers Karnak, Luxor, The Valley of the Kings and several other temples en route. Simba and Cairo are usually additional options.

Well good luck with that.
Why is the photo of the Steigenberger legacy boat?

I would be careful with unknown travel companies who may be trying the bait and switch. I have been numerous times on Nile cruises and the only time I went on a deal like this they switched the boat from the one advertised at the last minute and it was much worse and was the only time I have been ill in Egypt....

Sorry misread it as Via Fleetwood? that would be a lovely start to the cruise!!! Egypt via fleetwood. Cod Army etc
Going too Egypt next month, staying Hurghada but visiting the Valley or the kings. Cant wait.

Great price btw.
Had 2 short breaks booked with Fleetway and no issues each time...
Was tempted but then i had a look at the reviews of the boat. Sounds like a right dump

did similar about 3 years ago with broadway travel, around £660 on the ms commodore boat which was nice but not as good a looking boat as the one in the picture, but i was solo and stayed at the cleopatra luxury resort which was great, the cruise is great and for £90 the trips are amazing value,to get back to hurghada from luxor i was the only one and had a car transfer to myself,220km,amazing value

People post same rubbish about Turkey why bother even commenting.
Seems very good value, what's the catch?

I've requested to book anyhow.
I did this deal with Fleetway Travel about 5 years ago. It was the same price then too!

It's an alright deal, the all inclusive hotel is your average Egypt hotel. Foods ok, nice facilities but rubbish drinks. Still a nice place to spend a week on a sun lounger though.

The cruise was ok. They upsell you the daily trips. This is how they make money. It was a fair price for the trips though, they didn't rip us off and was nice and convenient to go on trips run by the boat.

Good deal I'd say.

I am interested in booking this I appreciate your input.

Is the trip mainly in luxor? Did you do all the trips for extra?

Did you not see Cairo/Giza pyramid at all?
Thanks in advance!

This trip doesn't go anywhere near Cairo so no visits to the pyramids at Giza. When I went there was unrest in Cairo, so it may be different now I guess?

There were trips out to different points of historical significance every day. If I remember correctly there was 2 different excursion packages, one was multiple trips every day whilst the other was only one trip a day to the main attraction. I'm sure we went for the light package and paid about £150 each. Which wasn't bad for a whole weeks worth of excursions really. There was lots in Luxor, but also Aswan and other places too.

I enjoyed the trip. We were the youngest people on the boat by a long shot, aged about 25 at the time. But if you're into Egypt history it is good. The actual cruise itself was enjoyable to, I liked sitting on the deck watching the world go by. Heads up when you are docked, you will be sandwiched between other Nile cruisers, so won't get any views from your cabin.

I'd go again if there weren't other parts of the world to see first

Indeed, and these extras are quite expensive. You will probably have little to do but stay on board while those who've paid for the extras get back!
