I'm not a fan of Karrimor but these have (mainly) good reviews. Thanks OP +1 heat.

Great price.. Good quality... A shocker really for sports direct but hey... Not everything can be bad

Good pair of cheap monkey boots for work

I have these and find them really comfortable and reasonably hardwearing. Much better than the Karrimor Traveller lll walking shoe which is inferior quality and wore out in no time.

If you have a bad back (And me too) try a pair
of trainers, squash, tennis, any thing lightweight
and comfortable. I always buy Reeboks 'cos they
fit me good but any reputable make would do.
I usually buy from Sports Direct, oops, am I barred?

A great buy at £11.99p. Hot

Karrimor used to make decent trainers / boots once. Sadly they got bought out by the budget sports shop Sport Direct 10 years ago. I've had a couple of Karrimors in the last few years and they've both disintergrated really quicky with casual use. I won't be buying anymore, no matter how cheap they are.

You'd be mad to use that one-time voucher on something as cheap!

I have had a pair of these for about 3 years and get quite a lot of use. They have held up very well

I have very similar (perhaps the same) shoes from Karrimor and they are good. Not sure how long they will last but they are very comfortable.

These type of Karrimor shoes are often available at the £15 to £25 price. Cannot believe anyone would ever pay the RRP of £60.

Does this have Gortex lining

BAH. no size 11.

As I type, I'm sitting here wearing a pair that I got when they were previously posted at this price back in May, I think the deal was expired when the stock sold out. Not bad for the price.

I have a pair of these still going. They walked around Europe last year and I wear them walking up hills, where I live. Excellent footwear and worth £14.99.

These are fine for general use, but don't do any walks in them, the soles are made of cheese or something. I bought them and wore them to a warehouse job for about 3 months. By the end of the contract it felt like there was no rubber left at all on the soles.

my thoughts exactly

still heat though (_;)

I bought these when they were last on offer (think they cost me £12).
IMO, these are actually a cracking set of shoes. I also currently own Salamon XA Pro 3D and Berghaus Claw trail shoes. These Karrimor's have better heel support, and better grip than the Salamon's. I prefer the Berghaus overall, mainly because they have better grips and are lighter - but the Karrimor are definitely v.v.good for the money. I use mine for cycling/hiking, and have yet to have any issues. They aren't waterproof - but they do a good job of keeping the rain out.
Recommended.

I'm either 9 or 10 depending on the make. With no size 10 I've gone for the 9s.

Anyone know what the fitting is like on these? Says free returns so no risk I guess.

Good job returns are free then!

thanks just in time..going trekking soon with the lads these will come in handy...heat added lol

I guess they are alright for the price. I stopped buying karrimor, cos every pair , whatever style I had, didn't last long at all.

Buy cheap and replace more often, vs buy expensive and replace less often. Personally I have found with footwear if you spend more the upgrade is well worth it.

These are decent value for this price, I got some previously for slightly more and use them for light hiking and walking to work sometimes. Quality seems fine to me with what I've been using them for. My only comment would be that they could be a bit more 'cushioned' or the sole have a bit of give as if used for hours on end the comfort you'd get with a more expensive hiking shoe or boot does not shine through.

I'm a size 10 or 11 and I got these in 11.

Nice timing I was just about to go trekking in some massive timbers. These will be better, had to go one size down though.

Well I must be mad or something cause I bought some from Amazon and there were holes in the soles after 3 weeks so they went back, must be the way I walk!! saying that they were comfortable:|

i got one ,will come tomorrow ,Says free returns so no risk. hot

Karrimor are made for the wider foot and are pretty comfortable.

Great deal but no size!!!

Poor quality. Years ago karrimor used to be decent but these are cheap for a reason.

Grabbed a pair thanks

I already have some that are more than adequate for wearing normally so just getting a pair for future use at circa half price

Ordered..Thanks
