Decent price and great reviews. Holds 15 bottles of wine or remove the shelves and stack it to the gills with beer or cider for the World Cup! Cools from 5 - 20 degrees 46 litre capacity. It’s black and has reversible hinges too. Great reviews and delivery within 2-3 days

The only way you would get cold beer out of this wine cooler is to put it in to the cooler cold to start with.
Useless for beer, ok for wine.

How's that? Most beer I drink says about 6-8 celcius, so if this can go down to 5 how would that not be possible?
Just bought one! Thank you

How can something be a wine cooler and a beer cooler

Because it’s just a table top fridge basically with a fancy shelf for wine. You could put cheese, milk, gin, fruit whatever you want in it. It cools anything you want. If it was mine it would be a gin, tonic and lemon cooler
You could beer on top shelf and wine underneath. When I lived in Australia people had coolers in their wardrobes for their cosmetics to keep them fresh / unmelted

The coldest part of the fridge should be between 0 degrees Celcius and 5 degrees celcius.
Your fridge should be at 5°C or below as some bacteria can grow at lower temperatures than 8°C.
From the manual
This unit is intended to be used exclusively for the storage of wine. Do
not store food in this unit.

Think your missing the point, wine and beer are stored at different temperatures.

As this is advertised aswine cooler then your beer would be far from cold, also most of your fresh food would go off quickly

Not in my house - all go in the same fridge at 4.5 degrees
It’s just a cheap cooler, cheaper than the branded husky ones. Just trying to help someone out who wants one as beer and wine take up lots of room in the average family fridge with World Cup / summer coming up.
5 degrees is pretty cold for beer and wine that’s why I put it in the title. Up to you what you do / store in it if you buy it ultimately

Bro its a cheap fridge. £60. Think Chilled drinks in your bedroom/conservatory/garage/games room/ shed. Its not for a bar thats going to charge you £5 for a bottled Peroni.

Amusingly in this country it's also a room heater. If it's range goes as high as 20C you could sit with your feet in it and stay snug in everyday weather.

Not red wine I hope But since this cools up to 20c, it's ideal for keeping red wine cool in the summer. Hot!
It's all about priorities and in this weather cold booze is a priority

Should be about £18 a year if on all year round as it’s 138kwh a year / A rated at average electric prices of 12.92p kWh

Or you could freeze it to keep it even longer. We kept our large format stock that way.
It's quite noisy when set to maximum, which it needs to be at if you want soft drinks or beer, etc cold (it's not as cold as a normal fridge).

To the correct temperature as the same time? Don’t think so
Bought one of these direct from Currys in September 16 when they were this price.
It's fine for booze - goes down to about 3 Celsius. Ice forms on the back wall of the fridge so it's pretty cold.

Troll here. To all your counter arguements emribrna, here's a counter arguement to them. This site is supposed to save you money....but it doesnt. So you can rant to the hilltops if you like, but this item will always be a wine chiller. End of.

iGlad, that post pleases me. I worked in Quality Control for a large (at the time) photographic processing laboratory. They were just too slow of the uptake of digital to stay in business. Still think nothing beats 35mm negs and silver halide pics as the end result (and I realise the irony of my digital statement but all businesses usually need a to adapt at some point). Give it another few years and it will be back in fashion like vinyl is just now.
Curry's up to their old tricks with 'was' prices -- this was £99.99 for only 3 weeks "from 09/01/2018 to 30/01/2018".

I have never ranted - I’m as cool as a polar bears nose on an especially cold day - it’s a chiller man - stay chilled. Peace out, love everyone and sing hallelujah like Doctor Alban did back in the 90’s
Respect and unicorns
Would that fit a small PC ? Like mini-ATX size ? I wonder if that would be better than water cooling in my PC ??
I've tried fridges up in the man cave but they're all noisy - I would love to find a quiet one but I suppose you can't change the laws of physics

matys88most likely yes it would fit. You'd then need a hole for cables with out letting warm air in

Hey where have you been it’s making a big comeback amongst millennials. Kodak have introduced new film and the future looks kind of rosy. I got 11 rolls of colour film developed last month. You can’t beat shooting with film and I have 3 Digital SLR’s. You shoot film you scan digitally and print at leisure. It’s probably the best time to shoot film. 🏾
