ScottishPower have announced a very limited Love2Shop voucher promotion of £40 worth of vouchers per fuel on all of their current tariffs. That's a total of £80 in vouchers available for just a short time for anyone that switches gas and electricity to one of ScottishPower's deals.

Good company, simple to be a cusstomer but they dont give you the cashback and never send the vouchers hence cold

thanks op, will look into this.

Poor customer service in my opinion. As an existing customer it took 50 minutes on hold before i could speak to someone today.

Easy make this and more.... by switching from the big six

I've switched using Energyhelpline two or three times and got the cashback every time (without chasing either).

Just put the appropriate dates in your diary and start phoning to nag them if they haven't arrived by the stated dates.

Not necessarily; Energyhelpline said the cheapest provider was First Utility with £171. Scottish Power would save £69, but also give the vouchers. And, let's face it, First don't have the best rep for customer service... Also, many of the non-big six were charging cancellation fees for leaving mid-contract.

booh evil energy suppliers....

poor customer service, they never give out vouchers even u chase them up, everytime new person who doesnt know if theres any promotion running.. very annoying scottish power.. finding better deal to move

I'd rather stick hot pins in my eyes than use Scottish Power again. Easy to switch to but try moving away from them. They have £430 of mine since I switched in November despite constant tweets, emails and phone calls.

Got my £80 Love2shop voucher after a month or so. I had to chase Energyhelpline for my £15 cashback, but they said they'd coincidentally paid it on the same day I chased them via email!

Now switching again via MSE The 10 DAY Big Winter Switch Event.
