Just topcashback, you have to create a new account. It then gives you a link to Iceland so will track it from there.
When I registered to TopCashBack they put me on plus membership automatically, now I have until the middle of January to decide if I want to keep it or pass to classic. It costs £5 pounds a year but it gives you extra benefits. Is it a bad deal?

Depends on how much you use it. Plus members sometimes qualify for higher cash back on deals so once you've passed the £5 all earnings are yours. You can always opt out on the anniversary of joining.
