If you can get them to accept payment that is... epic fail by Dell on this one.
"There was a problem authenticating your MasterCard information. To protect against unauthorized use of your card, you cannot complete your purchase without successfully completing authentication."
Ring customer services... "site wide problem, and we cant take payment over the phone - sorry"... yet as I was on the phone to them their stock numbers were going down... lol

Same on Mastercard and Visa (and I had used both of them today already). Rang both cards and not declined any payments either. WTF

I agree. Payments are epic fail. Same happened to me while paying with Visa.

This totally prompted me to buy a FHD 13" 2-in1 laptop But officially Dell refurbished from a seller on eBay instead as it was cheaper, had more ram and the same type of warranty

Has anyone managed to actually place an order yet? Must have tried a couple of dozen times throughout the day... every time I get the "There was a problem authenticating..." message. I've tried three different cards, two PCs, one laptop and my phone. Very frustrating!

There's a brief page that shows prior to that error which has a link about halfway down the text. If you are quick you can click on that and the order then goes to confirmation page. I've just managed to do that 5 mins ago and had confirmation email through.

anyone complained about this? tried chat (wow soooooo slow) and they basically say
"yeah we know we advertised a code, we know you couldn't use it due to our problems but screw you anyway"

edit: got disconnected from the guy (he probably ran) and next guy created a custom order with the 15% off so keep at it if still interested
