No but what they do is lie about the condition of the items you send them, meaning that they pay you nothing and you can't get the item back.

I've found some items cheaper than elsewhere with some of their codes.

Recently had some surprising customer service from them. Order an Xbox One game but never really played it properly till last week. Noticed that it wouldn't install further than 38% so had a look at the disc and found a little mark on it. Contacted magpie who replaced the item straight away even though it had been nearly three months after I purchased.
