So just about EVERYTHING we usually buy then!
We should be smart and not fall for such deals. Once the dust settles, these companies will fight for out business..... stay put and resist for now and prioritise other matters over spending stuff you don't need.
this is a useless code just like most ebay codes these days. Come on ebay spread a bit of cheer during the pandemic!

Hey
Some of it is because we've seen some sellers move their prices when these codes come around. If we wait until it's live to add it to deals, members know exactly what they're voting for at the time. This is not me saying that that all eBay sellers put their prices up, although waiting until it's live seems like a fair way to do things. We want the heat level to represent what's on an actual offer, instead of what might be in X amount of hours if that makes sense?

Fair enough definitely understandable
Excludes the best categories but decent nonethless @Ken
These are the categories people will be looking to buy items from- video games and consoles, appliances and computing categories. And they are not included! Well done eBay.

Bad time to buy, save your money... I fully expect Boris to tell businesses to close and we’ll all be out of pocket. Problem I have is our boss is hoping, he can claim back the sick pay..... which isn’t enough to cover my bills.
Ebay - The only place where businesses could still maintain some form of normality, yet ebay decide to exclude what will be the most popular purchase categories from any discount at these craZy times. Shame

It's really difficult to see how all this will pan out. One thing for certain is the food/groceries/essentials sectors will have a bonanza. The high street clothing and general sector will go completely flat and there will be huge stocks of unsold sessional fashion items yet another burden on the high street which is struggling anyway. My sympathy to all who will be suffering again when we've only just recovered from the last crisis.

Exactly.... Went looking for consoles to add to my collection.
Won’t be long before a 20% site wide come along. They’ll be no cash to spend in a few weeks.

Not just to add to a collection but a lot of people will be buying for the coming weeks/months.
increase the prices and then start offering a percent off them, seems to be the norm with ebay vouchers every month.

Millions living off 95 quid a week isn’t enough. They have to increase it. Boris wants to be loved.

I’d rather just be allowed to go to work, I reckon I’ve already had it as my Mum came back from Italy just before it blew up there and got us all sick.

They need to get those new tests out to test if you have it and have had it so have immunity. Until that time though...SSP needs to be more than 95 quid a week.
blink xt2 - £85 excellent

Not so anymore.
After complaints from their previous "Sales" to the ASA (advertising standards authority) they have kept in line. I have just looked at about 10 items and most are the same or just a little different from last week.
I even now get adverts on eBay pages from the ASA. Maybe they are now adverting on here to report misconduct or its in my google pixel.

Yup. Money should be spent on food & household essentials only right now. Save money for when we come out the other side.

I think there was a big huha a couple month back. Some of these supposed sales never happened and when they did they weren't always proper sales. I think hotukdeals came under pressure from the ASA as well as they were advertising dodgy sales (and making money on their affiliate links). Hotukdeals marketing (to make money) was as dodgy as eBays.
Toilet rolls have become the new currency. You'll be able to buy a 4k tv soon for about 4 rolls.
So it seems that every product that can be bought with this voucher has now been listed as a separate deal ?

Nice smart interface & iPhone connectivity and good motion quality would be what I'd value most.

I wouldn't recommend buying a TV on eBay as the warranty would be at most a year only. Consider other retailers, who offer a 5/6-year warranty, like Richer Sounds or John Lewis.

But, if this doesn't concern you, then I would go for them in this order overall: Samsung = 7600PLB (either one), 7500PLA, Philips
- For the best smart interface/OS - one of the LGs, the Samsung comes a close second
- For best motion quality (motion blur & input lag) - probably nothing to choose between them: your4ktvguide.com/ips…s/, but the LGs will be better for gaming
- For iPhone connectivity (I think you mean wirelessly?), then not sure. But if it's a problem, a Google Chromecast 3rd Gen (preferably) will resolve this for only £25 extra: hotukdeals.com/dea…549
- For best viewing angles - one of the LGs, as IPS (vs VA panels on the other two: your4ktvguide.com/ips…s/)
- Specs comparison between the LGs & Samsung (the Philips was missing from the site): displaydb.com/com…470

THanks a lot for your reply mate, went for the 7600 in the end after reading a few reviews. Can't go too wrong for 300£ and I hope 12 months should be plenty of warranty for this.

A lot of the TVs I bought have gone wrong in the 2-3 year mark. Have had total refunds from john lewis and amazon and like the other person said I'd rather pay a little bit more knowing I'd be good for 5 years if anything went wrong.
