Just make a new account

Is it as simple as that is it just the email that has to be different

No mention of the deal when I click on the link. Still waiting for quidco to pay me the £13 for similar deal, almost two weeks ago. Despite them saying they'll pay within 72 hours

New Topcashback member or new just eat member?

I stopped using Quidco because so many deals never paid. I use TopCashback now and have found that deals track much more quickly and do not get rejected.

chase them up on twitter. Their support is really good. Takes couple of days to get a reply
if you are a free member but they always try to get your money. Had to file couple of claims
and all paid up with Quidco's (twitter) help.

Just shows as 4.2 %

Where is the link for this deal OP?
As above, it just shows as 4.2% from the Get Deal link.

Hi guys that is a valid question abov how straightforward is it to just open a new top cashback account with a new email address and get cashback paid

Well, I found a skit on the mirrors site with a link showing the deal here (you need to be logged out of topcashback to see it)

So it is for new TCB members only.

How it works?
  • 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat, means that TopCashback will refund 100% of the purchase order value up to £15 cashback on purchases at Just Eat.
  • The 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat start date is the 16/10/2017 and the offer end date is 05/11/2017 23:59.
What will stop me getting cashback?
  • 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat is only available for new members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.
  • This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined.
  • If the individual making the transaction is a new member, the individual must first register as a member of TopCashback, prior to redeeming the “100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat” deal.
What else is essential?
  • TopCashback reserves the right to end the 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat deal at any time without notice. Purchases made after this time will not receive the cashback offer. This offer is limited to 5,000 redemptions on a first come first serve basis and is subject to stock availability.
  • Cashback earned in the 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat will not progress to payable status until approximately 14 working days after the promotion end date subject to a successfully tracked purchase.
  • Transactions may be made through desktops, tablets and mobile browsers.
Good to know
  • Cashback earned in the 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat will only be available for pay-out via BACS payment i.e. paid directly into the member’s bank account.
  • Cashback redeemed from 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat, is excluded from Tell-a-Friend promotion thresholds. (Please see Tell-a-Friend page for more details).
  • This deal is wholly funded by TopCashback, not Just Eat.
  • Where there is a contradiction between the offer terms and conditions and TopCashback terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions take precedence until the offer expires.
  • The promoter is TopCashback, Temeraire House, Nelson Court, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0WQ. TopCashback is a trading name of TopCashback Ltd.
What to do when?
  • Cashback earned in the 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat may track at a lower rate initially and will uplift within 14 working days of the promotion end date.
  • If the transaction for the 100% cashback up to £15 at Just Eat does not appear in your account, you can submit a claim. Any claims for this cashback offer will only be open for submission 14 working days after the promotion has ended.

How long you have to wait for refund?

I agree. I don't even remmber how many times I had to chase them up. The customer service at Quidco is useless. The cashback is very unreliable.

Expired? I cannot see £15 offer.

You need to sign out of topcashback first

Voted cold. Even TCB don't always pay cashback, especially on this type of deal. They did not pay for 3 Asda deals claiming they were for new Asda customers only which was not true - see the current Asda £2.50 cashback offer on here which also says nothing about being a new customer.

ASDA notoriously not paying through TCB, I had been chasing a £10 cashback for a year, ASDA refused paying despite transaction tracking all well, and just got 'declined' when it was payment time. After chasing this for a year, TCB gave me £5 as gesture of goodwill.

I am new to tcb. So if I create an account how do I go about getting this deal, do I need to acres just eat via a certain way (ie through their site?)

edit: right i've taken the plunge & signed up & ordered via just eat.
at the moment it says under my account:
outstanding 0.00
paid: 0.00
total: 0.00

under recent transactions it has nothing listed

under my top merchants it shows just eat. clicks =1. total spend=0 total cash back =0

do i just wait & eventually it should show?

Ah the catch for this deal is that payment will be made through BACS only. I guess that is their way of checking if you're already on TCB?

if that plays an important part in this for you, you really shouldn't be thinking about ordering takeaway food

I suggest super noodles or tesco beans

by that stage the money is confirmed, so they couldn't really then take it away without issues

Thank you very much OP worked like a charm within 20 minutes of placing the order

I got 0.13p on a new account?

I made 10p on summit that's it 😣 about 2 yrs ago so didn't qualify.

Is this voucher still working? It shows 4.2% cashback for new customer on the website

trying to get my money paid via bacs. it keeps saying i need to set a security question but i already have. it's also made ma answer said question therefore must register I have set it on some level. it keeps saying set a security question with a clickly link to update my profile but when i go to update my profile there is no option to set a security question (probably bc i've already set one!)

anyone help? as i dont think i can get my cash paid out without a security question set.

I have refered my son, who seemed to have an account from before but never used it or claimed any deals before. does the account need to be freshly created or just no deals showing on it? no deal showing on TCB signed out or in.
