Looks alright for the price, even better if you have one of the £5 off vouchers from the papers this weekend. Just been past on my way to work and they look pretty robust, will probably get one on the way home as my 110 bar one takes a while to do the driveway. Patio attachment is also available for £17.

The bumf:

Perfect for cleaning vehicles, patios, facades, etc. with a powerful aluminium high-pressure pump unit

1.5L tank automatically mixes in detergent with water at low pressure

Lightweight with an integrated hose reel, accessory storage, carry handle and large wheels for high mobility and convenience

Specifications:
- Max. pressure (bar): 150
- 2100W
- Water flow (L/hr): 450
- Tank capacity (L): 1.5
- Cable length (m): 5

3 year manufacturer's warranty

Manual available here:

Not saying they are the same, but looks strikingly similar to this one on amazon:

That one is £250, but not the best reviews. For £85 I think I'll still give it a go, Lidl are very good with returns and it has a 3 year warranty..

He's put me right off buying it.

This one is real crap! Had it, tested and returned straight away. Haven't seen any worst pressure washer... save your money and time.

Mind if I ask what was wrong with it? I need something but if its no good then I'll avoid.

EDIT: Googling about it seems I was right earlier, made by Lavor/Grizzly according to a few car detailing websites.

Thanks, do you know what version yours is that works? This one is the C2 if that helps.

Was looking at past deals and found this one - the spec doesn't match but it is cheaper and gets good reviews:

Same model with a patio cleaner:

If you have a week back get it back asap, should get a full refund if they can't replace it!

Rang them and there gonna get back to me within 2 days,After 12 months taking back to shop is not an option.I expect them to want me to post it off somewhere.Which wll be expensive.

I can tell you that I bought a Lavor Jet washer from Lidl 12 years ago,,,,It has had quite heavy use as I have 20sq mtrs of block paving which I give a good jet washing every year plus paths around the back and front garden..
It has been absolutely brilliant and I would not hesitate in buying another one from Lidl when the time comes.

The pressure isn't important, it's how much water it can shift per hour that matters. Personally I got sick of cheap pressure washers breaking so bought a Stihl one, it's absolutely brilliant and about 4 times faster in use than others I'd used because of the throughput and the way the nozzle works, it's like a rapidly spinning "eyeball" rather than a "slit" so doing the patio now takes about two hours as opposed to a day/weekend of a job.

The old model seems very hit and miss: http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/phd-150-pressure-washer-lidl-79-99-652361

Mine was great, but then died within a week. It easily outperformed the karcher I'd been using, but as both died its a hard comparison. A mate got a newer one, about 18 months back I think, and his has been fine so I bit the bullet and got one. Can't test it til the weekend but will see how it performs then.

Any ideas whether the patio cleaner accessory they are also selling will fit a Karcher handle?

IIRC the last one I had wouldn't, and this is a later model of the same.

I looked last night and you are right - no way these connectors would fit a Karcher - far too narrow

According to a few of the car detailing forums you can get adapters to use most attachments with most pressure washers off ebay.

Just used it for the first time and I'm impressed, done a 2 car drive and half the back patio, only used the dirt buster lance as its been a while since it was cleaned. True its taken me 5 hours minus a run to the tip but I'm happy with the result.

Well just recieved a brand new latest model one same as the one they were selling a few weeks back.they don't even want the old one back so plenty of spare parts pipe lance etc,I'm well pleased considering i only had 11 days left on my 3 year warranty.
