Here maybe this will help. Enter £25.98 in the first box. 150 in the second. Then click divide

Edit:

Ok I know the answer is 17.3p per disk. Why does that site give 5.77367?

Its too early im going for coffee!

PMSL:thumbsup: Wierd eh?

A clue.

25.98/3=8.66 (per 50)
8.66/50=17.3 (each)

;-)

Am i missing something here if there 6p a disc then 150 should be £9, I get the price to just over 17p each at 150 for £25.98

That may be because you put 150 in the first box and 2598 in the second box?

Awww The dividend goes unde the bar. For a minute there i thought my public school education failed me

Dunno, I used to be good with figures, now i'm lazy and use the Google search box as it knows everything lol.

a review on the site says

This is suitable for backing up data only.THESE DVD'S ONLY RECORD UP TO 4.4GB approx. Which sucks if you want to record a full DVD of 4.7GB. It will eject the dvd a message "you don't have enough space" appears.

Is he being a bit mental or do we need to worry about this? I thought all DVD's were the same capacity just either -r or +r?

cheers,
worto.

It's 17p a disc. 25.98/150 = 17.32p per disc surely?!

Should be, but I had the same problem with some Mirror discs I bought a couple of years back. For some reason on my Mac (Toast) they were only recognised as 4.4Gb. Think they were OK on my Pioneer (TV) DVD recorder though.

Never had a problem with Maxells - I've bought them using this deal before

SirHugo

I bought these on the same deal ages ago and they're the best DVD-R's I've ever used. Of course the dye could have changed by now but if not it's a cracking deal.
