Last year I got a 4 night break in Northumberland in the school holidays (thanks the Scottish holidays being slightly different) for £69! Can’t seem to get that same deal this year - aw well 🤷‍♀️ (edited)

How do these compare to the likes of Butlins? Interested in a place with a good pool / waterpark if possible

Hmmmm, not the same really but I enjoy both. The pools are much smaller than Butlins Bognor (only one I can compare) in the main. Much fewer activities on offer aswell. BUT, some are in wonderful locations that are worth going out for some of the time, they do have some entertainment. On the other hand, I found the beds in butlins very uncomfortable, even in the hotels. Parkdean on the other hand, I've always been able to sleep without thinking about how uncomfortable I am, along with being happy with the kitchen facilities etc.
