Was browsing through dell outlet and came across this deal. Reckon its quite good for the money, however keep in mind that it is SRATCH & DENT.

Full Specs:

Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 BIT)
Processor : Intel Core i7-2630QM (2.00GHz, 6MB cache, Quad Core) with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 2.90 GHz
640GB Hard Drive
4 GB DDR3 SDRAM 1333MHz (1 DIMMs)
8X DVD+/- RW Drive
Display: 15.6in High Definition (720p) LED Display with TrueLife
Graphics : 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M Graphics card
6 Cell Primary Battery, 48W
LCD Back Cover : Diamond Black Cover with matching palm rest
Wireless: Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 (1x2 b/g/n+ Bluetooth Combo Card)

I don't know of any quidco, tcb or vouchers going but if there is it could bring it down more.

Graphics card does quite well on notebookcheck too and the cpu is solid.

Personally I'd go for a bigger screen 17R 7110 and settle for an i5 for £360

Just use this link and browse by model name.

Edit. It's a Scratch & Burn so deselect Refurbished only from my link and you are good to go.
I don't recommend Scratch & Burn for laptops but each to their own.

I’m with Rhett Butler on this one.

Like the 17" models too but I figured those looking for a 15" laptop would find it helpful. The outlet has some great deals on atm though.

I bought one of these from the outlet a couple of weeks ago for a slightly lower price. Nice fast machine, 1 cm scratch on the lid which is quite deep.

One thing to be aware off these laptops do not have switchable lids despite them having the SWITCH logo next to the laptop. Also the keyboard flex in these is really bad so I had to spend quite a bit of time fixing it myself. Other than those things I'm quite happy with it.

How did you fix the keyboard flex?

agreed. i wouldnt want a bbq'd laptop with scratches

I got the N7110 17" i7 6GB Ram, 500GB HD. from the Outlet for £479 - was supposed to be refurbished but came through with tiny scratch too, so when I complained they offered to swap lid or give 10% off - took the money so net £430! Just keep watching the deals, supposed to be loaded at 3pm daily.

Yup £512.39 inc now for a scratch bum or £546.23 for a fully certified.
