Was looking for a Laptop for my sister and this was the best i could find with HDMI, Webcam and decent spec for a general use laptop. Of course you can get cheaper with a different spec, but not bad for what you are getting.

That Samsung doesn't look any better than the OPs deal performance wise - slightly faster CPU offset by slower GPU and it has smaller disk and memory for an extra £20.

The Core i3 is a lot faster than the Celeron 3100 but boy does that HP look ugly - guess I'd still go for the speed... ...maybe ;-)
