perfect for occasional home use, but anyone doing it for a living would buy a quality branded cutter, I have a branded one and it's done a few 100 cuts without needing a blade (I'm not a plumber).
Great price, for anyone using them a lot the chances are you will loose it before you break it haha. I've bought a set as a backup set. Great find.
Pipe cutting season on here at the moment
Are these automatic? And is the price for the two cutters?

No you still need to manually twist them around to cut the pipe

They are manual, but yes you get two cutters and two spare blades
Fairly sure you get two for that price.

Thanks

Seems a good deal
Just done a quick check & there are a number of these available on fleebay for similar prices, some as cheap as £6.99 but no spare blades.
Any automatic one

Jees, how lazy are people becoming?

You put this on the pipe, turn it a few times and job done!

Takes a few seconds!

Even if you have to use a deburrer afterwards, a cut will take less than 10 seconds.

Unless you wanna pay £90-£120 @ Screwfix for the Milwaukee 12v pipe cutter?

I've got A normal one. It's nothing to do with laziness but rather preference.

Any cheaper ones

No need to deburr with solder or compression... most shut off valves and taps are reduced... the key is to clean the pipe and fitting prior to solder.... youtube videos are your friend and plumbing is easier than electrics... which aren't difficult anyway... providing you understand it.... recent standards are to stop eejits bodging stuff... it's not magic

Well said. Just tackled my first pipe move to relocate sink. It's one of the easiest tasks ever done and saved me £45 perhour plumber ! YouTube and Screwfix sorted
