Couple of points to bear in mind, though:

•Voucher must be redeemed and used before 30th June 2014
•Once you have redeemed your voucher, it can take up to 72 hours for the £16 voucher to be uploaded to your redspottedhanky.com account

Not clear whether the 30 June deadline just means that the voucher has to be applied to the RSH account by that date, or whether it also means that the RSH credit of £16 also has to be used on rail tickets by that date.

Great offer. Was just about to buy then I saw it must be used by 30th June so before the summer holidays

Shame about expiry, remember they use to give Vouchers and with tesco ones it use to have expiry of year 2020 on them, shame they now all seem to have short expiry

Nice one ! Heat added - thanks for the deal

I think the word "used" is pretty self-explanatory. Makes a change to have a decent deal on AL, I got one earlier for a trip planned for early June :-)

As long as you have bought your tickets before 30th June the rail travel can be in the summer holiday... but yes - if you want to book at the lest minute then this is no good for you.

Awesome cheap travel, thank you.

Good deal, thanks OP.

Yep nice deal if you get the trains a lot can't really loose out

thanks just purchased I see you can only buy I item Do you think if I buy another under a different amazon a/c I can imput both codes into One Red spotted hankie account

Great deal - especially for those who travel by train on daily basis:)

Free money to use on the train, got to be worth a punt!. Thankyou OP

Thank you .....just ordered and added to my Redspottedhanky account ready for school holidays.

Ordered 1. Thanks

Ordered one

Thank you, just ordered to put towards my other credit from other on-line deals.

Can this be used alongside a network railcard? It says not in conjunction with any other offer voucher or coupon. Not sure network card counts as one of these?

Railcards are fine. Just booked.

thanks!

Pouring that heat on, I use RSH all the time, so this makes me smile.
Ordered mine just now.
Muchos Luvs to the OP.

Thank you. Added tesco clubcard vouchers too!

Thanks.

Fab .... Cuts the price of a shopping trip to London for me.

Thanks. Bought one for me and another one on my husbands amazon account.

Good spot. Many thanks.

Hot.

Can this voucher and a clubcard voucher be ised at the same time?

Not too sure, I haven't purchased a ticket yet! Just got the vouchers ready for when I need them!

I've always found RSH to be a bit of s con though - their suggested routes are always stranger and much more expensive. A journey with the same departure and destination stations is £18 on Trainline.com and is £48 on RSH?

Thanks. Nearly bought using clubcard vouchers but will now save the CC points for 4 x days out rewards.

I travel by train a lot and use RSH so this is like free money! Thanks OP

Anyone know if I will be able to add the voucher to an account that has an existing voucher? I have the £9.50 still that I got from the Sun+ offer and was wondering if it will accept a second voucher.

thanks alot ordered 2 on two accounts, halved travel cost to London for weekend break thanks

can't see anything about these being able to be used/not used on peak travel. I pay £15 a day in commuting fees, twice a week. Theoretically, though, one could set up infinite accounts on both Amzon and RSH and redeem them against these journeys?

From what I can gather, you get the £16 as a credit to your account. If you have clubcard vouchers these will work just the same. I have £200 in clubcard vouchers so I will just use them and I can choose what value to redeem. Still a good deal though.

Odd - RSH is almost always cheaper than Trainline. Trainline's a very expensive way of buying tickets because of the extras they add on.
Best bet's usually direct with the Train Operating Company - 10% discount, for example, with East Coast, and no extras.

Cheers OP!

Not found this myself, but you can always add a via station to make sure you get the route you want.

The one point where it does fall short is a little known thing if you're travelling to St Pancras to use the Eurostar it doesn't include the London International CIV station (which is St Pancras) so that you're whole journey is covered - i.e. if you were travelling from Manchester to London to get the Eurostar and you're train was delayed and made you miss the eurostar (which in this country is quite likely!). Admittedly niche, but a chance to pass on a tip.
