Nice! Gotta get one

Just ordered one; had to phone customer services, though; the voucher code wasn't recognised, so the really nice Irish girl on the phone sorted a £10 e-voucher, so £98.99 delivered! Just wanted to give a heads-up, and hopefully Sainsburys will sort the glitch. Thanks OP!

Same deal at john Lewis -

great price.. getting one...

No luck for me! Spoke to customer services and he said the voucher code above wasn't on their system

Might be a typo in OP's posting, the voucher code on the website is listed as "RMH7-PKKX-GL3X" - i.e. 4th letter in 2nd block is an X not a K!

Not tested either myself though!

managed to sort it… rang customer services again and they acknowledged the code wasn't working online but still accept people claiming it - so all good! …headphones are probably crap but FOC who cares!

can you use spotify on this nano? i dont mean downloaded tracks i mean offline mode when paying premium subscriptyion , thanks?

Great deal! I bought one with £10 voucher from currys for £119 and love it for gym/running/travelling v.hot from me

I do find it hard for Apple to justify £100 for 16gb music player. Sansa Clip Zip for £15 (8gb), plus 32gb micro SD for £10, you already have more than double what Apple is offering. But I guess if all you care about is style and vanity....?

ardley216 I understand where you are coming from but yes some people do prefer something a bit more stylish and should not be name called for it.

how about you buy what you like and let others do the same without being stuck up? naaaah.

Well ardly if you're too poor to care about style then stick to your Sansa

It's a good deal for the product in question

Premium brands always carry a premium that's nothing new so enough with the apple bashing

The Sansa is a bit ugly looking and the battery only lasts half as much as the iPod nano.

You can use the sync'd tracks from Spotify, however there is no app for the iPod nano.

Any chance of getting this in-store, or is it online only?

You can collect in store

Re:volume levels blame the EU

my sony had same problem but they also have a secret menu to disable it

The Sansa does output better audio quality though.

I'm sure that extra audio fidelity will come in handy when half your torso is trapped under a car.

Why do you need to measure the amount of static acceleration due to gravity?

Does the sandisk play video? Even if it does, the screen's tiny.

You morons seem to be missing the point of a device clearly designed for those requiring a good audio player for exercising and tracking their runs etc with.

Quite frankly I don't give a crap about some cheap sandisk piece of plastic. All of my previous ones have broke from normal use within a week or two, so god only knows what they'd be like around the elements outside, let alone a few beads of sweat.

Oh and good luck trying to track your distance etc with the sansa.

Where do I put my facepalm.jpg?

There's no wonder you were on my ignore list.

Let me guess , buttons = better now ??

Your 100% right. you cant even use the nano for jogging because its difficult to use the touch screen without looking at it, so its impractical. it doesn't sound very good compared to most things, its sole purpose is to play music, which it does badly. also it doesn't look very good either. oh and also its overpriced.

if you are buying something which will be in your pockets most of the time for its looks, then you probably deserve this item.

hi hot dealers - not sure if anyone has noticed but the code quote above is incorrect! must have been a typo - it's RMH7-PKKX-GL3X

They should rename it Sansa chip (on the shoulder )

thats a great price. I have one and the new nano are really good. heat added

Thank you, I have read your comments about this offer and sat laughing to myself, please continue, if you have any more like the 'torso and car' posting keep them coming, comedy gold.

Does your "normal use" include bashing it with a hammer and drowning it in boiling fluid?

Buttons >> Touchscreen everytime, especially when travelling.

I wasn't aware you could get a Sansa Clip Zip 8gb for £15 ?

Wheres that then ?

Good deal but am guessing this version has the lightning port? If so it won't work with gym treadmills with iPod ports without an adapter, which is just a pain

u cant knock a good deal at sangers

Sansa Clip Zip 8GB for 15.00. Not. What a joker.

I dont see the point of the new nano, at that size you may as well use your phone. The old nano had a purpose as a small mp3 player.

Its abit like making a 6" tablet, may as well use your phone.

I've got 2 160gb ipod classics, heard that they are being discontinued.
