thanks very much op, heat added!

Got one last time it was posted on here, such poor quality it's a waste of money!!

It is poor quality but already saved me more than £3

I've adjusted several watch bracelets and changed 2 watch batteries with this kit in the last 3 months. Its saved me quite a bit of cash.
Not top quality but come on, what do you expect for 3 quid.

Got one of these sets when needed to adjust metal strap on warch bought online. For the price it did what was needed ok ... clearly not high quality and the link remover snapped when using it again on another watch but some of the other bits will still be useful. So, so long as you have suitable expectations then this is a good deal. If you think you can spend £3 on something you could use every day for years then you'll be (deservedly, in my opion) disappointed!

I bought this the last time around. and still waiting to use it on a watch.
I keep meaning to try one of the watch pin tools on the washer jets on the car but keep forgetting to try!

Time to use

Bought one on the last deal, its very poor quality, made to sell not to use, £3 down the drain

I also bought this kit. Used it 4-5 times before it broke but its saved me £20-£30 in getting links removed/batteries changed so not fussed about quality

Banned

Bought this kit one month ago. Some of the tools are a little fragile, but it is really ideal for replacing watch straps and batteries at home.

Swearing post and those quoting removed.

Looks like a good deal, just ordered one. For that price even if I use it a couple of times then it's a bargain.

Have this too. Did the job but the plastic screw thing for removing links broke in seconds! I couldn't believe the price for all those tools however.

As others have said, it's poor quality but it does the trick and has saved me far more than the purchase price.

don't have the time for this HAHA AHAHAHA.....ha....:(

Good for the money but only good for one use.

I think that's a reasonable definition, I bought one of these sets, used it a few times then upgraded little bits bit by bit as things started to break. If it gets you out of a trip to town just once for a battery change or link removal it's paid for itself.

I'm now the go to guy in our family for batteries and strap adjustments so in effect what they're selling is a rod for me back!

looks good

Bought this ages ago and none of the tools are small enough for use on my Tag Aquaracer Chrono.

My feelings exactly. Any higher expectations and you need to prepare yourself for disappoinbtment.

I bought similar recently. Wish I'd spent more on one that comes with a case. In this plastic packaging, these parts are just going to lost over time.

bought one of these via hukd a few years ago. Haven't used it once.

Well worth it, changed 2 batteries already & more than paid for itself. Not the best quality but more than built for purpose.

If you owned a Tag Aquaracer Chrono, You wouldn't buy one of these to use on it. My verdict TROLL.

Well they wouldn`t work on my genuine Rolex or Cartier, fakes either.....

You only need to use it once and it has earned it' buying price I think it is ACE well worth money and more

It's sub £3.00, you change one link and it's paid for itself, buy it and if you never use it, pluck your eyebrows with the tweezers!

I did purchase this very kit and have used it on a number of low end watches and one 'high' end Seiko (as high as they get for a Seiko that is!). For the price it's amazingly good value but you have to have realistic expectations on quality and longevity.

The back openener is very useful and has got off many back casings and even one a 'jeweller' couldn't because he said it needed a 'specialist removal tool which I don't have'! Straps and links are no problem unless heat inserted taper ones, did struggle a bit but got there in the end.

If you use one or a few tools for long enough and it breaks or wears out etc, then you can go and buy a proper quality one or few rather than a whole set so the saving has been made in that you don't waste money buy purchasing quality items that you don't really need. I call this sort of kit an 'pre-doireallyneedit kit'

Just received one of these kits, changed my battery in my Luminox, extended the linkage in my Vestal and shortened my new nixon in minutes....beats giving your money to the bloke in the market

You have no idea what you are talking about. I have a watch collection, I have a variety of straps for each dial, season and occasion.

I needed a way and went for this kit - unfortunately the tools couldn't do it but it cost peanuts SK who cares.

Finally, seeing as think your knowledge of watches let's you accurately judge it's owners - you should know Tags are not considered high end watches in the community.

Verdict - clueless, opinionated, sad mug

I don`t have a watch (as I get the time from my mobile).

I don`t wear a watch (because they are, a completely unnecessary wrist encumbrance).

Making them REALLY just a piece of effeminate jewellery.

I.ve probably owned more watches than letters in your post of all types and value so your post is about as much value as a chocolate fire guard. Pajero.

Rewrite it!

Got this the last time. Haven't used it yet for any watch related purposes. Still a bargain. Can't get much for 2 quid these days!

I bought one the last time it was on here , I haven't used it yet but it will save me money when I do use it , at this price it's not going to be a professional piece of kit but it will do the job and save me money so I knew what I bought

Another thing this is a very handy piece of kit because how many of us are going to go out and buy a top quality kit like this which would cost a lot more money , not that many so be realistic and judge it for what it is then weneont get post's moaning about the quality after paying under £3 , what do some people expect for under £3 it makes me laugh when people moan about the quality of thing's when they pay such small amounts for stuff ha ha ha !!!!
