Can you post a link to the free stuff. I thought it was only for people on benefits of some form.

how can they claim carbon Zero, they must use energy to convert old bottles and to deliver it.
must have no carbon in it?

Thanks OP, got it for £1.70 a roll in our local store - had to ask for it though, as they'd not had chance to restock the shelf,

You had to be in receipt of qualifying benefits for free insulation, and it is usually installed free too.
Best deal for DIY installation WAS npower @ £1 roll delivered, but they have withdrawn their DIY scheme now.
As far as I can tell, the e.on deal through Homebase is the cheapest DIY deal at the moment.
I'd love to see your link to a free deal if I'm wrong though.
