In the US, standard Buffalo Trace is sold at 45% ABV, whereas the version we normally get in the UK is 40%. With the extra strength, the US version has a richer flavour. This is your chance to try an awful lot of it in a comically large bottle.
Not a bad price in general, as it works out at £24.60 per 70cl. By my maths, that's 78p per cl of pure alcohol, which makes it about the same value as a £22 bottle of UK standard Buffalo Trace. Admittedly, you can get that for £18 from Amazon right now, but still, not bad if you're into your bourbon and fancy a magnum of it (makes a nice showpiece in a home bar).
